I am constantly looking for new supplements to try that can assist with heart health and maintain my cholesterol levels. Unfortunately, a range of heart issues and high cholesterol levels runs in my family and those issues are being treated with prescription medication. At 41, I am at risk for those hereditary issues and I am trying to avoid taking prescription medications so that is why look to taking supplements as a more natural alternative.
This Microbiome Plus+ Heart Probiotic supplements is a perfect choice since it provides the full American Heart Association daily dietary recommendation of DHA and EPA omega-3 fatty acids which may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have also been shown to maintain healthy triglyceride levels.
This supplement may reduce coronary heart disease risk, it helps support healthy cholesterol and triglycerides, supports normal inflammatory response, supports healthy blood pressure and also helps support healthy bile metabolism.
As someone who has concerns with heart & high cholesterol issues I am impressed with the quality of this supplement and will continue to take it. I have had success in lowering my cholesterol levels with diet and other supplements so I am really interested to see what my test results will be in the future!
