Hey guys, it's Tone It Up Tuesday! How is everyone doing with their workouts? I am happy to report that I am back on the workout wagon...again. I have been having a lot of back pain issues so I have been slowly working through them and getting back on track.
I wanted to share one of my favorite workout videos that I did the other day, the Bikini Body Routine! It's a great workout that helps tone all over and in all the right places!
