Omega 3 by ABCD Vitamins



We all need little Omega-3 in our life! Omega-3 usually comes from fish like anchovies, bluefish, herring, salmon, trout and tuna and even some nuts and seeds.  However, if you are not eating enough of these (at least 3 times a week) then you should be taking a high quality supplement like this one from ABCD Vitamins.
Omega-3 can help lower elevated triglyceride levels, curb stiffness and joint pain, help with depression & boost the effects of antidepressants, helps improve lung function and even helps with memory loss among other things.
I mainly take Omega-3 to help keep my elevated triglyceride levels in check.  I inherited elevated triglyceride levels and my goal is to stay off prescription medication and keep my levels low by watching what I eat and taking Omega-3 and so far it has worked!
