Fractionated Coconut Carrier Oil & Massage Oil by Adovia Mineral Skin Care-Review

I have been loving this Fractionated Coconut Carrier Oil that Adovia Mineral Skin Care sent me to review!  I have been having so much fun creating homemade scrubs, massage oils and roller-ball perfumes.
This Fractionated Coconut Carrier Oil is a great oil that creates a barrier on your skin, but does not clog your pores or aggravate existing skin conditions.  It's all-natural, light-weight, non-greasy and easily absorbed which is why it's perfect for use in scrubs and other skincare products.  It also makes a great massage oil since the oil remains in liquid form provided by the fractionating process.  Since it's the perfect Carrier Oil you can add some essential oil to it and make your own scented massage oils, perfumes or anything else you can dream up.  It also makes the perfect all over moisturizer just by itself!

Omega-3 Fish Oil by Earthwell Nutrition-Review

It seems like you hear about Omega-3 Fatty Acids all the time these days.  Omega-3 Fatty Acids are the one type of fat that you don’t want to cut back on.  Not only does your body need these fatty acids to function, but also they deliver some big health benefits!  Omega-3 Fatty Acids can help lower elevated triglyceride levels, it can help curb stiffness and joint pain, can help people who suffer from depression and can help improve lung function, among other things.
I take Omega-3 supplements as part of my everyday supplement regime.  I really like these Omega-3 Fish Oil supplements by Earthwell Nutrition because not only are they a quality supplement they don't have that fishy aftertaste!  They use fresh lemon taste to prevent any fishy smell, taste or aftertaste.  There is nothing worse that having fishy tasting burps!  Eww!!
Earthwell Nutrition uses freshly caught wild cold water fish and they use a world-renowned Norwegian technology to process and extract the fish oil.  Each capsule contains 1,360 mg of pharmaceutical-grade fish oil.  With highly concentrated Omega-3s (800 EPA, 600 DHA, and 100 other EFAs), their fish oil has the most potent EPA/DHA ratio as recommended by most physicians.

Go to the Earthwell Nutrition website and check out some of their other products or go to Amazon.com for more information or to purchase their Omega-3 Fish Oil.  You can also just click on the link below...

Dark Spot Corrector by Key West Health & Beauty-Review

I've mentioned in past blog posts that I suffer from Melasma which is a common but annoying skin problem.  It causes brown to gray-brown patches usually on the face and neck.  Most people get it on their cheeks, bridge of their nose, forehead, chin, and above their upper lip.  Unfortunately, sun exposure triggers Melasma so it's really an on-going battle.  I wear sunscreen everyday but the Melasma still manages to appear.
Needless to say I am always on the hunt for treatments that will help diminish the look of the Melasma.  I was super excited when Key West Health & Beauty sent me some of their Dark Spot Corrector to try out!  I have a really stubborn spot on my cheek so I faithfully applied the product to that spot for over 2 weeks and I am happy to report it is significantly lighter! (I regret not doing a before and after pic!)
What I really loved about this Dark Spot Corrector by Key West Health & Beauty is that it did not contain any harmful Hydroquinone.  Most products that lighten the skin contain various amounts of Hydroquinone and unfortunately it's fairly toxic.  The Dark Spot Corrector by Key West Health & Beauty is made from 98% natural & 72% Organic ingredients.  It's also cruelty free, never tested on animals!  It contains Glycolic Acid that exfoliates and eliminates dead surface skin cells, Kojic acid fades age spots, hyper-pigmentation and sun damage, Salicylic Acid helps unclogs pores & loosens thick dry skin, allowing new skin cells to regenerate and Hyaluronic Acid provides intense hydration, keeping skin plump, smooth and youthful.

Key West Health & Beauty has several other products that I would love to try since I was so impressed with their Dark Spot Corrector!  Check out keywesthealthandbeauty.com for a look at the Dark Spot Corrector and their other products.  You can purchase on Amazon.com or just click the link below...

La Belleza Vitamin C Serum-Review

Oh how I LOVE Vitamin C Serum!  It is seriously one of the best skincare products on the market right now.  However, there are also a lot of Vitamin C Serums to choose from these days and it can be a bit overwhelming choosing one.  I recommend looking for all natural and organic ingredients, never purchase one that uses Parabens or other nasty chemicals.
A good option would be this La Belleza Vitamin C Serum that I was sent to review.  I've been testing it out for a couple weeks on my face, neck, decollete and even my shoulders and I have been loving the formula and the results!  It contains all natural and Organic ingredients with Amino Acids and a Vegan Hyaluronic Acid base.  The La Belleza Vitamin C Serum is really lightweight so it's easily absorbed and can be worn under makeup.  This serum will help diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles, even out skin tone, help smooth skin texture and leave skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated!
Go to labelleza.com for more information or to purchase the Vitamin C Serum.  You can also purchase directly from Amazon.com or by clicking on the link below...

Age Defense Neck Cream by Body Merry-Review

It seems like you can get those annoying neck lines at just about any age.  I am 41 and while my neck lines aren't very prominent (at least not yet!) I want to make sure they stay that way.  Body Merry sent me some of their Age Defense Neck Cream to review for them so I have been trying it out for the past couple of weeks.
I have been applying the cream on my neck and decollete ever morning and evening and I definitely notice that my skin feels more firm, smooth, supple and well hydrated.  Since my neck lines are not all the noticeable I have yet to see a real difference in that department but I love the idea of prevention and I will continue to use this cream to help keep my neck and decollete young looking!
The Age Defense Neck Cream by Body Merry is jam packed with all the great anti-aging ingredients like, 4% Vitamin C, 5%, Glycolic Acid and Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and some natural and organic ingredients such as Plant Derived Hyaluronic Acid, Propolis, Royal Jelly, Cocoa Butter, Jojoba Oil, Green Tea, Avocado Oil, Licorice, Lemongrass and Rosehip Oil!  I also love that Body Merry does not use fragrances or harsh chemicals such as Parabens, Sulphates or Phthalates.

Go to BodyMerry.com for more information or to purchase the Age Defense Neck Cream.  While your there check out their other products.  I have tried just about all of them and they are all great quality products that give real results!  You can also purchase the Age Defense Neck Cream by Body Merry on Amazon.com or click on the link below...
