I cannot say enough amazing things about this entire high quality, hair care line from Arvazallia!  I have shoulder length, blond, wavy hair that's pretty healthy for the most part.  However, I do color it, occasionally use bleach and use hot hair tools on it almost everyday so I tend to get split ends and it can become dry & damaged if I am not careful.

To help keep my hair as healthy as possible I am constantly looking for and trying different hair care products  So, when I come across a hair care product line like this one that I love I can't wait to share it with my readers!  I am so impressed with all of the products and they have really helped repair my damaged hair and split-ends and it's more soft and manageable and super shiny!  Also, my niece (she's really my daughter since we have raised her most of her life!) is part African American and her hair tends to be a little on the kinky side and very curly.  She has been using the products as well and they have also worked wonders on her hair.  Her hair has become way more manageable, super soft and silky so it's safe to say that it works great on curly hair too!

Why did it take so long for someone to come out with these?  These have got to be one of the best inventions...maybe ever!  Not only are these Silicone Beverage Glasses perfect for home use, especially when you have a house full of guests and want to avoid a broken glass incident, but these are really perfect for camping and BBQ's!  I haven't had a chance to go camping yet and it's been a little too cold still to host a BBQ so I am anxiously awaiting being able to do either one and show off these cool glasses.  We also float the river a lot where I live and I think it would be fun to take them river floating too.  Ohh the possibilities!
The Silicone Beverage Glasses are stain-resistant, dishwasher safe and are BPA free!  At 11 oz. it's also the perfect size to hold my favorite cocktail.  Don't you think these would also make a really cool gift idea?  That's what I'm thinking!

In case you are new to GlamRiver you should know that I LOVE Argan Oil.  It really is one of the best all-around oils that can be used from head to toe.  Yes, it can even be used on your face!  As an oily-skinned girl I can tell you that it works wonders on my oily skin and in spite of what you might think it does not leave your skin oily at all, it absorbs completely leaving my skin super soft and well hydrated.

I love my tea!  I drink just about every kind of tea and I love to try new tea's whenever I get the chance.   KissMe Organics is brand I have come to know and trust so I jumped at the chance to try out their new Organic Dandelion Root Tea!  I have been hearing a lot about Dandelion Root lately so I wanted to find out what some of the benefits were and what I found was that it helps support Kidney health & Liver function, aids digestion, it's rich in Vitamins A, C, D and B-complex plus Iron, Potassium and Zinc, helps reduce inflammation and even helps boosts the immune system...among other things!  Who knew it could do so much!

My best friend recently decided to be in a body building competition so she is using all kinds of supplements, pre-workout powders, post-workout powders and protein powders and I've also heard her mention the supplement L-Carnitine quite a lot.

L-Carnitine basically helps the human body use fat as fuel.  It can also help support support workout recovery by reducing the accumulation of metabolic wastes during exercise, which enhances your ability to recover faster after workouts.

It's suggested to take 1 capsule twice daily of the L-Carnitine by Life Mastery.  I have been taking taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 about 30 min. before a workout.  It's hard to know if the L-Carnitine has helped me loose any extra weight but I do feel like it has helped with my workout performance and recovery and that is all the proof I need to know that L-Carnitine works!
