Excelerol sent me their Excelerol Brain Health Supplement to try and I love the results!  First of all let me just say that I am horrible sleeper.  Since I don't get a lot of sleep I usually find my self feeling groggy and sluggish during the day which doesn't bode well when I am trying to focus on projects at work.  Unfortunately, I am also allergic to coffee so I am not able to use it as a crutch to help me get through the day.  In addition to that I am also very sensitive to caffeine or anything with similar side effects.  

However, just by taking one dose of Excelerol first thing in the morning I was able to focus and concentrate on my workload all day and I had zero negative side effects!

Amen.  I love this quote because it's so true!  I am such a planner, I kind of have to be since I have A LOT going on but I stress way too much about the things that I've planned for.  So really, what's the point of the plan?  

Sometimes it's just better when you don't have a plan and you let things happen organically.  Besides, when you have a plan then you also have expectations.  Sometimes those expectations are unrealistic and when  things don't go as planned and things don't live up to your expectations you end up feeling let down.  

So, next time try to just breathe, trust, let go and see what happens!
