I have been all about Essential Oils lately!
I love discovering new brands and new blends and this Tranquility Essential Oils by Phytopia fast has fast become a daily "Must Have".  With a blend of Organic Sweet Orange, Geranium China Oil, Vanilla and Rose Maroc it's no wonder why I love it!
For instant relief of stress, anxiety and even sleeplessness I use a generous amount and apply it to the back of my neck, shoulders and I also put it on my wrists.  For me, the smell really does give me an instant sense of calm.  I even decided to put some in a Roller Ball Bottle so I can keep some in my purse.  Whenever I am feeling a bit stressful or restless I apply some of this Tranquility Essential Oils Blend by Phytopia and know that relief is imminent.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil is one of my favorite Essential Oils!  It's a very soothing and therapeutic Essential Oil.  I love to make my own Essential Oil blends and I love blending Eucalyptus, Lavender and Cedarwood to make a special blend that helps me relax and sleep better.  The key is to use quality Essential Oils like this Eucalyptus Essential Oil by UpNature.

This Eucalyptus Essential Oil by UpNature is 100% pure, natural and therapeutic grade.  It has an intense yet soothing Eucalyptus scent which means a little of this oil can go a long way.

I also like to use Eucalyptus Essential Oil when I have a cold or just feeling a little under the weather.  I place a small drop of oil just under my nose and inhale.  Not only does it help clear my sinuses but since it's such a soothing oil it also promotes a sense of well being.

I am bit of a Essential Oils nut and I am constantly creating my own blends and putting them in Roll On Bottles.  However, these Cobalt Blue Frosted Glass Roll On Bottles by 2PM Essentials take my creations to a whole new level.  

These Cobalt Blue Frosted Glass Roll On Bottles by 2PM Essentials have metal roller balls which make a world of difference,  The ones I usually get have plastic balls which can sometimes leak.  With the metal balls there is no leakage!  Plus, how beautiful is the Cobalt Blue color?!  I also like the aluminum cap, it just gives that added touch.

Happy Mask Monday!!  Tea Tree Oil is the #1 ingredient that I like to add when I am doing a Mud Mask.  Tea Tree Oil does so many wonderful things for skin which makes it the perfect ingredient to add to a Mud Mask. (recipe for my Tea Tree Oil Mud Mask is listed below)
The most common uses for Tea Tree Oil are for Acne, Cold Sores, Psoriasis Itchy insect bites, sores and sunburns and it is even used to help treat congestion and respiratory tract infections.  Recently, I have been using it to help clear up the cold/flu thing that has been hanging around.  Since Tea Tree Oil is an antiviral essential oil I just add a few drops to a steaming bowl of hot water, cover my head with a towel and breathe in the vapors for five to ten minutes.  It really does help clear my sinuses and it just feels like it's working away killing off all the germs!

Tea Tree Oil Mud Mask:

1 Tbsp Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay
1 Tbsp Water (the warmer the water the better)
3-4 drops of 100% Tea Tree Essential Oil by Simply Earth

Mix together all ingredients until smooth then apply, preferably with a brush, then let dry for about 20 minutes then rinse to reveal fresh, clean, soft and smooth skin!  If you need more mask just simply add equal parts of the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay and Water.  You can also add more Tea Tree Oil if you would like it to be a little more intense.
I found the perfect little Mask Mixing Bowl Set on Amazon that comes with bowl, measuring spoons, mixing spatula and brush and I use it to mix all my loose powder masks so be sure to check that out as well (it's only $2.09!).

Frankincense is best know for being one of the things that the wisemen brought to Jesus.  The wisemen brought Frankincense because it was something that was frequently used in worship  It's highly fragrant and was considered a pleasant offering and because it's a symbol of holiness and righteousness.

In today's world Frankincense Essential Oil is used for a wide variety of ailments thanks to it's therapeutic benefits.  This Frankincense Essential Oil by Simply Earth is 100% pure and natural and there are no additives, it's unfiltered, undiluted with no fillers.  A little bit of Frankincense Essential Oil goes a long way and it's best when used in moderation.  

Just smelling Frankincense can invoke feelings of peace and relaxation and adding a few drops to your bath water can great way to de-stress, improve circulation and can even help relieve pain and inflammation.  I mix a few drops of Frankincense Essential Oil with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil and massage into my stiff neck, joints and other muscles.
