Frankincense is best know for being one of the things that the wisemen brought to Jesus.  The wisemen brought Frankincense because it was something that was frequently used in worship  It's highly fragrant and was considered a pleasant offering and because it's a symbol of holiness and righteousness.

In today's world Frankincense Essential Oil is used for a wide variety of ailments thanks to it's therapeutic benefits.  This Frankincense Essential Oil by Simply Earth is 100% pure and natural and there are no additives, it's unfiltered, undiluted with no fillers.  A little bit of Frankincense Essential Oil goes a long way and it's best when used in moderation.  

Just smelling Frankincense can invoke feelings of peace and relaxation and adding a few drops to your bath water can great way to de-stress, improve circulation and can even help relieve pain and inflammation.  I mix a few drops of Frankincense Essential Oil with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil and massage into my stiff neck, joints and other muscles.

Since Frankincense Essential Oil is also a powerful astringent it can be used to help reduce blemishes, diminish the appearance of large pores and it can even help prevent wrinkles.  Use a carrier oil like Jojoba Oil and mix about 6 drops of oil to one ounce of the Jojoba Oil and apply it directly to the skin.  I would recommend you do a small test patch area first so you can make sure you are not allergic.
