Essential Oils are part of my everyday life and some I use more than others and Peppermint Oil is definitely one that I use everyday. I keep a rollerball of Peppermint Oil at my desk so whenever I need to focus, feel a headache coming on or just need a little pick me up I rub some Peppermint Oil on and I almost instantly feel better.
This Peppermint Essential Oil by Simply Earth smells amazing and I love the way it feels when I put it on the back of my neck. I love how I can feel the tension melt away and my muscles relax. For instant gratification I put a little dab just under my nose and the fog in my head clears and my sinuses open up. Feels wonderful! Peppermint Oil has a ton of uses and is very therapeutic, it's hands down my favorite Essential Oil.
