I think Caralluma Fimbriata has gained a lot of popularity lately in the weight loss community because it's one of those supplements that actually works.  However, don't be fooled.  Always make sure you are getting a quality supplement and that does not contain and binders or fillers and that only uses natural ingredients!  This Caralluma Fimbriata from True Sol is a great choice because they do not use any binders or fillers, it's all natural,  no GMO's and they also do not do any animal testing!

The Caralluma Fimbriata is a supplement that works really well for me.  The biggest reason is because it helps suppress my appetite.  It also helps curb those annoying hunger pains!

Here is another great nutritional bar option from Nutraplex!  This one is the Pineapple Coconut flavor and since some of my favorite flavors are Pineapple and Coconut I would say this one is my flavor of choice!
Like the Megaberry option this Nutraplex Pineapple Coconut Bar is also made with Dates and Chia Seeds and of course Pineapple and Coconut with some Almonds & Cashews as well.  This bar has a little more crunch to it than the Megaberry Bar which I like as well.

I am constantly on the hunt for yummy but healthy nutrition bars that I can just throw in my purse and keep in my desk for those days when I don't have time to pack a lunch.  When I have a nutrition bars on hand I am far less likely to go out for lunch and make not-so-good choices.  I give in to peer pressure way to easy when it comes to going out for lunch...tell me I'm not alone!

I was really impressed with this Nutraplex Megaberry Bar.  It tastes great and is jam packed with dates, raisins, cranberries and raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.  It also contains one of my favorite foods...Chia Seeds!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this entire high quality, hair care line from Arvazallia!  I have shoulder length, blond, wavy hair that's pretty healthy for the most part.  However, I do color it, occasionally use bleach and use hot hair tools on it almost everyday so I tend to get split ends and it can become dry & damaged if I am not careful.

Why did it take so long for someone to come out with these?  These have got to be one of the best inventions...maybe ever!  Not only are these Silicone Beverage Glasses perfect for home use, especially when you have a house full of guests and want to avoid a broken glass incident, but these are really perfect for camping and BBQ's!  I haven't had a chance to go camping yet and it's been a little too cold still to host a BBQ so I am anxiously awaiting being able to do either one and show off these cool glasses.  We also float the river a lot where I live and I think it would be fun to take them river floating too.  Ohh the possibilities!
The Silicone Beverage Glasses are stain-resistant, dishwasher safe and are BPA free!  At 11 oz. it's also the perfect size to hold my favorite cocktail.  Don't you think these would also make a really cool gift idea?  That's what I'm thinking!
