Here is another great 5 HTP supplement that I was sent to review and this one if from Natural Zest!  I've been taking 5 HTP to help me sleep but I have also been reaping the other great benefits that 5 HTP has.  Some of those benefits are: enhanced mood, anxiety relief and it has even helped with my appetite control.
I would highly recommend 5 HTP if you are having trouble sleeping, feeling a little depressed, anxious or even if you just want to boost your overall sense of well being.  You could also take 5 HTP just to help with appetite control which in turn could help you loose weight!  I take my 5 HTP by Natural Zest about 45 minutes before bedtime with a full glass of water.

I have been loving this Vitamin C Serum from La Beaute Pure.  It not only contains Vitamin C which helps lighten up those annoying spots from sun, aging & acne but it also has Hyaluronic Acid Serum & Vitamin E that help reduce fine lines & wrinkles and leaves the skin feeling soft & hydrated.

I apply on my face, neck & decollete every morning immediately after I wash & tone my skin but before I apply any moisturizer and repeat every evening as well.  

Here's a little beauty secret of my own that I would like to share...I also apply the La Beaute Pure Vitamin C Serum to my shoulders!  I have to say for being 41 my skin looks pretty good, I don't really have many wrinkles except for the usual fine lines around my eyes.  The place where I notice my aging the most is my decollete and shoulders.  As I age, the more time I spend in the sun I tend to get "freckles" on my shoulders and decollete.  Applying Vitamin C Serum to those areas helps reduce the appearance and in some cases completely remove those "freckles".  Keeping your decollete and shoulders "freckle" free will help you looks years younger!

When Dalvia sent me this product to review for them I wasn't exactly sure how/when I was suppose to use it.  The main ingredient is obviously L-Arginine which is beneficial for blood circulation, cardiac health and having the proper amino acids in our body can help us prevent angina, chest pains, blood clots, clogged arteries, high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia (for pregnant women), coronary heart diseases and other heart issues.  Aside from its heart benefits the product can actually help in other health aspects like maintaining balance in the body, wound healing, building muscle mass, growth regulation, boosting the immune system, and many other health benefits.

Aloe Herb Cleanser

This cleanser is a gentle and cleansing blend of healing herbs and plants. It's pH balanced to enhance your skins natural acid mantle and protect its moisture barrier for clean and silky-soft skin.  It does a great job removing dirt, oils and dead skin with no harsh detergents, leaving your skin clean, nourished, and soft!

Ayurvedic Scrub

This scrub is an exotic blend of Indian herbs, Moroccan Rhassoul Clay and traditional herbal treatments.  This is a soft yet gentle exfoliant that will rid you of dead skin cells, rejuvenating and revitalizing your face.  This scrub is definitely a favorite of mine and I highly recommend. It left my skin feeling clean, soft and nourished all at the same time!

Purifying Mud Mask
This purifying mask is another favorite of mine!  It's a special blend of mineral rich clays and nutritive blue green algae.  The Purifying Mud Mask will cleanse, mineralize and remove impurities from your skin and pores without destroying its fine natural balance.

Dead Sea Facial Scrub

Another favorite!  This special blend of dead sea mud, siliceous earth and lavender creates a rich exfoliate to replenish minerals, stimulate circulation and remove dead skin cells which makes it a natural alternative microdermabrasion.  I love how my skin felt clean and smooth after using this scrub!

Neroli Toning Mist

I have really been into Toning Mists lately and I have added this one to my list of fav as well.  This toner is a soothing, refreshing mist that helps bring your skin back to perfect balance.  It soothes sensitive skin, improve the appearance of your skin, as well as reduce the size of pores.

Coconut Body Oil

I am sure this is fantastic product as well but unfortunately the sample size wasn't really enough to use more than once so it's hard to give an opinion on only one use.  However, I'm sure it's fabulous!  It's an organic daily moisturizer, which can also be used as a massage oil, is a unique blend of oils that are infused with nutrient rich herbs to nourish and hydrate your skin.  It also contains essential oils that will help you stay heart centered and calm.

Repair Serum

This is another sample size that I was only able to get about 2 uses out of so I can't really form an opinion about but it has great reviews on their website!  The Repair Serum is carefully formulated to transform your skin naturally.  Using vegan stem cells derived from oranges, they have created a new way for your skin to build collagen, repair itself and prevent aging.  This active blend of stem cells, along with Superoxide dismutase (SOD), a powerful antioxidant, will make a noticeable difference in aging skin when used continuously over the course of 30-40 days.  This serum is high in Vitamin C and has the essential oils of Lavender and Sandalwood, which are skin-lightening and balancing.

Herbal Facial Oil
I was also only able to get about 2 uses out of the sample but I really did enjoy how it made my skin feel after application!  This herbal oil is formulated for those who have sensitive to normal skin.  It is a sensitive moisturizer and is calming and gentle on your skin.  Its potent blend of antioxidants and moisturizing oils are a pure spa treatment for your skin and will leave you with a glow that others will envy.  Our herbal facial oil for normal and combination skin is perfect for those with sensitive skin, will help balance the complexion of those with combination (oily/dry) skin, and will leave your face refreshed and hydrated.

Overall, I am really impressed with the entire Annmarie Gianni Skin Care line and there are definitely a lot of products that will be a re-purchase!
