I've never been a fan of taking fiber especially the kind that you have to mix into a beverage which makes it thick and disgusting and almost impossible to drink so I was a bit skeptical about this Fiber Powder by OmniGreen Labs.  Frankly, I was wondering if I would even be able to choke it down.

Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised!  It mixed really easily, dissolved completely and had no taste!  It has 4 grams of pure fiber per serving so that means you are getting 16% of your daily fiber without trying to choke down a gross glob of goo!

My favorite way to drink this Fiber Powder by OmniGreen Labs is to mix it in with my morning smoothie or a small glass of Fairlife Reduced Fat, Lactose Free Chocolate Milk!

My best friend who does body building recently recommend that I start taking Dim to help balance out my hormones since it has worked so well.

First let me say that I am in no way a body builder but I do have hormonal imbalance which can create all sorts of issues.

This Hydrolagen with Hydrolyzed Collagen by Hydrolagen just might be my new favorite smoothie ingredient.  I love adding interesting and beneficial ingredients to my smoothies and this is definitely one of those!

Basically, this is a supplement that contains some really great and necessary vitamins combined with Hydrolyzed Collagen to assist your body in creating new tissue.  How is that beneficial?  That means it can help reduce the signs of aging and help skin retain its elasticity.  It can even help with joint pain and prevent joint degeneration!

Even though I am 42 years old I have been taking fairly good care of my skin since I was about 15 which means I don't have much in the way of wrinkles except for some fine lines.  However, I am all about prevention!  Adding this Hydrolagen with Hydrolyzed Collagen to my daily supplement routine and into my smoothies is definitely about prevention for me.  I've been using it for a few weeks now and my skin does look more supple and I am hoping this Hydrolagen has something to do with it!  This will continue to be part of my supplement routine and favorite ingredient in my smoothies!

I have been on a quest over the last few months trying to find the right supplements to help increase the good bacteria in my gut and thankfully I have found a few really good ones.

I've been thinking that I have Iodine deficiency for awhile now for a few reasons but mostly because I do not ingest iodized table salt at all nor do I eat a lot of salt in general and if I do it's always sea salt which contains virtually no Iodine at all.  Iodine is essential for the Thyroid Gland to work properly and when it doesn't several things can occur.  I have found that I fit quite a few of the symptoms of being Iodine deficient and some of those are weight gain, low energy and I also feel like I've even had some depression going on.  Now, I am no where close to being a doctor and I also know a lot of other issues can cause those same symptoms but my lack of Iodine intake and the fact that I'm symptomatic encouraged me to start taking this Iodine supplement.

This supplement is Lugol's 2% Liquid Iodine by Basics4Balance.  It's made from Potassium iodide and safely compounded in North America and manufactured in Canada.

I have only been taking it for a couple weeks but I definitely feel like I have more energy and that my overall mood has lifted.  However, the weather has also changed where I live so I have been able to get outside more and get exercise and spend some time in nature and that always gets me out of my funk and as a result of the extra exercise I end up feeling more energized.  So, I think it's a combination of both the Iodine and the change in weather.  I do think this Lugol's Liquid Iodine is beneficial for me so I will continue to take it hopefully it will be the answer that I have been looking for!
