This Organic Anti-X Cream by Herbal Choice Mari has got to be one of the more potent anti-aging creams of its kind that I have tested out thus far.  I have been using this for the past couple of weeks and I'm really impressed with my results.

This cream is a little more on the thick side than I would normally like to use on my oily face so I've been primarily using it on my neck and decollete where my skin tends to be drier and in more need of anti-aging help.  I absolutely love this as a decollete cream!  It's super hydrating, nourishing and it instantly makes skin look and feel younger and more supple.  It also gives skin a nice healthy glow.

At first glance this looks like some sort of crazy weapon but in reality it's one of the best Trigger Point Self Massage Tools I've ever used!

I'm pretty much a sucker for just about any tea. I drink tea everyday, hot and cold. I just love it! I also love trying new flavors and brands so I was excited to try out this Relaxing Sleep Tea since I already love to drink a bedtime tea.

This Relaxing Sleep Tea has some wonderful ingredients like Chamomile, Holy Basil and Ginger Root that are known to help you relax and help you get a better nights sleep.

I really like the taste of this Relaxing Sleep Tea.  The flavor is really mild and so is the aroma which has hints of the Ginger and even some Mint.  Just the smell is relaxing to me, which is exactly what I need right before bed!

Now for someone who has sleep issues on a regular basis this tea isn't going to knock you and make you sleep for 8 solid hours but it will help you relax and fall asleep more easily.

I recommend drinking this Tea about 30 min. before bed and then make sure you have your bedroom at a cool temp, that your bed is nice and cozy and your jammies are comfy and all these things combined will ensure a good nights sleep!
