So, I have had this really cool pair of slip on Vans style shoes that are grayish-silver in color and made with a velvety brocade type material and covered in paisley's. I know they sound a little out there but paisley's are my favorite so when I saw them on-line I knew I had to have them!

Unfortunately, that was a year ago because I haven't been able to wear them because they ended up being a little too tight and I knew it would take some serious breaking in. That's where this Anti Blister Balm by Bodyglide came in and saved the day!

Anti Blister Balm by Bodyglide can be used anywhere you are trying to avoid chafing or blisters.  It's hypoallergenic, fragrance free, invisible and resistant to perspiration and water yet it doesn't clog pores.  It's really pretty cool stuff and I'm not sure where it has been all my life!

I put it to the test with my new shoes that I have been dying to wear for a year and I am happy to report that I did not get one single blister.  Easy to use, you just roll the product up like deodorant and put it on where needed.  It disappears into the skin like magic and creates some sort of barrier to prevent blisters or chafing and so far, so good!

This Anti Blister Balm will definitely be getting put to good use this summer because I foresee some cute summer sandals in my near future and I almost always get a blister from those.

I would recommend this product for anyone with chafing issues anywhere or if you tend to get blisters from your shoes, great product!

I feel like I have tried some really high quality and really expensive sheets in my time but I have definitely never tried anything like these Crazy Soft Bamboo King Sheets by Cariloha before!

Our bedroom is our sanctuary and I always try to make sure that our sheets and other bedding are as comfortable as possible and we have blackout curtains and I even have a humidifier/diffuser that I put organic lavender oil in just to really make sure the space is as cozy and relaxing as possible.

So, I thought we had really nice sheets.  I think they are either 800 or 1000 thread count and Egyptian Cotton so they are in fact nice and comfortable but they have NOTHING on these Crazy Soft Bamboo King Sheets by Cariloha!

These Bamboo Sheets are super soft and luxurious and really are the only thing I want I my bed from now on.  Seriously, it makes me want to throw away all my other sheet sets!  Not only are they super soft and comfortable but they are also naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, and they also naturally repel odors and allergens.  However, one of my favorite features is that are 18" extra deep sheets which means they actually fit our bed.  We have a thick mattress pad and then a mattress topper as well and these sheets easily fit those and the entire mattress with ease.  No more sheets pulling off the mattress for us!

The only thing that is stopping me from running out and getting several more sets is that the King Set is $199.00.  I know that sounds crazy expensive but these Crazy Soft Bamboo King Sheets by Cariloha really are worth it!  They are just amazing so we are already saving up for our second set!

These Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely are what I have been using to during my at home workouts lately.  The bands come is a variety of resistance from Light (3-7lbs), Medium (5-9lbs), Heavy (9-15lbs), X Heavy (15-22lbs) & XX Heavy (22-35lbs) so there is really something for everyone.  These are great quality bands that are made from really durable materials and built to last.  I also like that these come in a nice travel bag which I actually use to put the bands in after every workout.
