I feel like I have tried some really high quality and really expensive sheets in my time but I have definitely never tried anything like these Crazy Soft Bamboo King Sheets by Cariloha before!

Our bedroom is our sanctuary and I always try to make sure that our sheets and other bedding are as comfortable as possible and we have blackout curtains and I even have a humidifier/diffuser that I put organic lavender oil in just to really make sure the space is as cozy and relaxing as possible.

So, I thought we had really nice sheets.  I think they are either 800 or 1000 thread count and Egyptian Cotton so they are in fact nice and comfortable but they have NOTHING on these Crazy Soft Bamboo King Sheets by Cariloha!

These Bamboo Sheets are super soft and luxurious and really are the only thing I want I my bed from now on.  Seriously, it makes me want to throw away all my other sheet sets!  Not only are they super soft and comfortable but they are also naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, and they also naturally repel odors and allergens.  However, one of my favorite features is that are 18" extra deep sheets which means they actually fit our bed.  We have a thick mattress pad and then a mattress topper as well and these sheets easily fit those and the entire mattress with ease.  No more sheets pulling off the mattress for us!

The only thing that is stopping me from running out and getting several more sets is that the King Set is $199.00.  I know that sounds crazy expensive but these Crazy Soft Bamboo King Sheets by Cariloha really are worth it!  They are just amazing so we are already saving up for our second set!

These Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely are what I have been using to during my at home workouts lately.  The bands come is a variety of resistance from Light (3-7lbs), Medium (5-9lbs), Heavy (9-15lbs), X Heavy (15-22lbs) & XX Heavy (22-35lbs) so there is really something for everyone.  These are great quality bands that are made from really durable materials and built to last.  I also like that these come in a nice travel bag which I actually use to put the bands in after every workout.

Lately, I have been doing a lot of Barre3 online workouts which use resistance bands and even though they use the longer non-loop type bands in their workouts I have found that these Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely work perfectly and I even prefer them to the other kind.

I love that when traveling all I need is my Loop Resistance Bands and my laptop to make sure I get a good workout in!

I have a protein smoothie for breakfast just about every morning so choosing a protein powder that not only tastes good but is good for me is really important to me and I've tried quite a few of them.

However, I have never tried any protein powder quite like this Vanilla Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder by Pure Goodness that was sent to me to test out!

I wasn't sure what to expect since it's made from pumpkin seeds but I have yet to meet anything pumpkin or it's seeds that I didn't like so I figured I was probably going like this protein powder.  Not only do I like it I actually love it!  I have found myself grabbing for it every morning over all my other protein powders!

Let's talk smell and taste.  You can definitely smell pumpkin seed when you open the container and I personally think it smells really yummy.  However, I was surprised that it didn't really taste like pumpkin seeds.  It just has more of a general nut flavor and I got the Vanilla flavor so there is also a hint of Vanilla.  This protein powder is made with naturally nutrient-rich Styrian pumpkin seeds from Austira,  Apparently, the Styrian pumpkin seeds have a higher concentration of antioxidants, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids than your normal American pumpkin seed, which is not so shocking.  The seeds are jam packed with protein and also contain 9 essential amino acids.  Not only does this Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder make for a great tasting smoothie but it also makes for really good protein pancakes!  Yum!!

What I really like about this Vanilla Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder by Pure Goodness is that it is Non-GMO,gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and vegan and paleo friendly.  Plus, it's free from artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.  Really, there is nothing that I don't like about this protein powder or the brand Pure Goodness.  They even donate 1% of sales to help provide nutritious food to communities in need across the US!

If you have been searching for a healthy, nutritious alternative to your normal protein powder I would give this one a shot.  They also make Hemp Seed Protein Powder but I haven't had a chance to try that one out yet.  However, I am almost done with my Pumpkin Protein so Hemp is next on my list to test out!

I love just about any skincare product that contains rose anything.  There is just some nostalgic for me when it comes to the smell of roses and I can't get enough.  So, naturally when you can combine my love of a rose skincare product with one of my favorite skincare brands you pretty much can't go wrong in my book.

That would be why I have been loving this natural and organic Royal Rose Hydrating Serum by Valentia!  This serum is made with the rose petals from the fragrant Damask Rose and smells lovely.  It's only lightly Rose scented and it dissipates after a few minutes so if you are sensitive to scented products this one should still be okay for you.  The serum itself actually has the look and feel of a lotion but it's really lightweight and absorbs quickly like a serum.  

I have been using this serum over the last month or so and since I have oily skin I use this in place of my normal moisturizer.  I use it in my daytime skincare routine and it really helps to balance out my oily skin.  It's hydrating and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and nourished, not at all greasy or oily.  It also makes fine lines less noticeable and since this lightweight serum contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory it also helps to soothe any breakouts I might have going on.  The other key ingredients are Bearberry along with Vitamin B that will also help fade any discoloration with continued use so that's really good news for my Melasma issues!

If you love skincare products and especially ones that are rose scented that I think you wold love this serum as much as I do!

I'm pretty much a sucker for any InstaNatural product.  I have yet to try anything from them that I haven't loved.  So, naturally I was excited to test out their Niacinamide Face Serum and once again they did not disappoint.

This Niacinamide Face Serum by InstaNatural has 5% of Vitamin B3 which has natural anti-inflammatory properties and that means this serum is great for anyone that has any aggravated blemishes or just irritated skin in general.  I think it would also work really well for anyone with Rosacea!  The Niacinamide also helps lighten hyperpigmentation which makes me really happy since I have Melasma and it is the bain of my existence.  It also has Organic Aloe Vera, Avocado Oil, Vitamin E and my personal favorite...Hyaluronic Acid!  Together these potent ingredients work to diminish the look of fine lines and wrinkles, provide hydration and also plump the skin to help give the skin an all over more youthful look.

Recently, I have been testing out the new It Cosmetics Bye Bye Makeup™ 3-in-1 Makeup Melting Balm.  I really, really love it but unfortunately I think it broke me out. (it works amazingly well at taking off makeup so I will probably still use it to take off my eye makeup, just because I love it so much).  However, it was perfect timing to be able to test out this Niacinamide Face Serum.  I used it for several days in the morning and evening on the areas that were broken out (mainly my chin and jaw line) and I definitely noticed that the breakouts seem to clear up much faster than they normally would and dramatically reduced the swelling.  So, it get two thumbs up from me!

I've also been using it for a couple weeks on my decollete where I have some more noticeable spots of Melasma.  I have noticed a some subtle lightening on some of my more pigmented spots so that's a good thing!  Usually, it takes 2-4 weeks before I really start to see results with any kind of lightening product so I will continue to test this out on my those spots and see how it goes.

Overall I am impressed and this Niacinamide Face Serum would be something I would re-purchase!
