I am not sure how I ever lived without a Tens Unit! I have been testing out a few different models lately and I am so grateful because it has forced me sit down for at least 20 min and relax!  I have a lot of back and neck issues and have for years and since I hate taking medication to deal with pain and I usually don't, I tend to just suffer through it.  I think the best time to use a Tens Unit is right before bed. Not only do you get the pain relief but it also helps you sleep because you and your muscles are more relaxed.

This is Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator is by Easy@Home and it's a little more advanced and with 16 different modes and 20 power levels it has a few more options than the other ones I have tested.  It also has a large backlit LCD screen that clearly displays your treatment and intensity selection.  The 6 types of massage are Tuina, Acupuncture, Tapping, Cupping, Foot Reflexology and Micro Therapy and proven to be the most effective method to relieve pain without medicine and it's all natural!

Tens Units are my new best friend! I have been testing out a few different models lately and I am so grateful because it has forced me sit down for at least 20 min and relax!  

I have a lot of back and neck issues and have for years. I hate taking medication to deal with pain and I usually don't, I tend to just suffer through it.

Thankfully, Santamedical sent me a couple of their Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massagers and now I am not sure how I ever lived without them. I like to use my Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager by Santamedical right before I go to bed. Not only does it help relieve my pains and aches but it also helps me relax so I can sleep better.

This particular model is the Santamedical LFM-110 Tens Unit and here are the specifications:

Six Auto Modes (stimulation programs), Fully-adjustable Speed and Intensity, High Frequency stimulation to relieve pain

The beauty of this Tens Unit is that you can place the Attachment Pads directly where you are experiencing pain, aches, muscle spasms, numbness or stiffness for almost instant relief!

This Santamedical LFM-110 Tens Unit is actually the less expensive out of all the ones I have been testing and works just as well as all the others, this one is just not rechargeable like the others are and doesn't have as many options but it still gets the job done.  I think it's just more about personal preference.

As we age our skin produces less and less of CoQ10 which is needed to help keep fine lines and wrinkles at bay. Thankfully companies like Elba Naturals are coming out with product that contain CoQ10! 

I have been testing out their CoQ10 Cream for the last several weeks and since I am 42 years old I am pretty sure I fall into that "aging" category and desperately need this cream, lol! I have been using it just like I would a moisturizer and it pretty much acts like one.  Made with Hyaluronic Acid, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Kernel and CoQ10, it's lightweight and absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any oily or greasy residue.  It helps to hydrate and plump up skin so fine lines and wrinkles are less noticeable.  I also love that this CoQ10 Cream by Elba Naturals immediately goes to work firming and stimulating collagen to rebuild itself and helping to keep it from braking down which translates into younger looking skin for me!  Yay, again!

Another great thing about this cream is that it's great for all skin types, even blemish prone skin since it's non-comedogenic and it doesn't clog pores.  It's also Paraben free!  What's not to love?  It's a great product if you are wanting a more youthful appearance!
