Tens Units are my new best friend! I have been testing out a few different models lately and I am so grateful because it has forced me sit down for at least 20 min and relax!
I have a lot of back and neck issues and have for years. I hate taking medication to deal with pain and I usually don't, I tend to just suffer through it.
Thankfully, Santamedical sent me a couple of their Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massagers and now I am not sure how I ever lived without them. I like to use my Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager by Santamedical right before I go to bed. Not only does it help relieve my pains and aches but it also helps me relax so I can sleep better.
This particular model is the Santamedical LFM-110 Tens Unit and here are the specifications:

The beauty of this Tens Unit is that you can place the Attachment Pads directly where you are experiencing pain, aches, muscle spasms, numbness or stiffness for almost instant relief!
This Santamedical LFM-110 Tens Unit is actually the less expensive out of all the ones I have been testing and works just as well as all the others, this one is just not rechargeable like the others are and doesn't have as many options but it still gets the job done. I think it's just more about personal preference.
