I don't have a diagnosed Thyroid problem but I definitely struggle with loosing weight.  I eat really well, take supplements and exercise and it seems like no matter what I do I have to really work really hard just to loose a few pounds.  I never really thought about my Thyroid being the cause so I am going to be getting that checked out.  

However, in the meantime I have been taking this Thyroid Booster by VieAid Health and while I haven't really noticed any extra weight loss related directly to this I have noticed how much more energy I have.  I am not sure if that due to the L-Tyrosine, Cayenne or Vitamin B-12 that are key ingredients in this Thyroid Booster but whatever it is, it's working!  I have only been taking these a couple of weeks so I am going to continue to take it and see if really does help with my weight but so far I like that I at least have more energy.

I am not kidding when I tell you I use Argan Oil for everything!  From head to toe, Argan Oil is a staple product for me.  Made from the kernels of the Argan tree, Argan Oil has been cultivated and used for centuries by Berber women in Morocco.  Lately, I have been using this Certified Organic Argan Oil From Morocco by Fang & Whistle to help mend my split ends.  At night before I go to bed I just rub a little on the ends and then brush it through and in the morning I wake up to soft and silky ends.  I also as an all over moisturizer and then I apply a little more generously on around my eyes, down my neck and decollete and then on my elbows, knees and feet when I am feeling extra dry.

Even though I have very oily skin I have become a huge fan of facial oils.  I do have to be careful which ones I use so that I don't end of breaking out but for the most part facial oils actually help balance out my skin. This Squalane Oil by BEAUTYOILS CO. is a perfect example of that.

Squalane Oil is 100% Pure Plant Based and olive-derived.  It is very similar to human sebum, which makes the oil light and easily absorbed by the skin and makes it perfect for balancing out oily skin.  Since it's also fragrance free, preservative free, cruelty free and vegan you should be able to use Squalane Oil on any skin type.  It works perfectly as an all over moisturizer and is especially good for dry skin but I also like to use it more generously around my eyes, down my neck and on my decollete to help diminish my fine lines.  A little of this oil goes a really long way which also makes it very affordable.

Like most women I have an iron deficiency.  Because of that I usually look to a supplement to help me out and I have been taking this Iron Complex by Zahler for the last several weeks.  First of all, I have to say what I love most about this is that it's in a capsule form.  For some reason, most of the Iron supplements that I have taken in the past are in tablet form and I am not a fan of tablets!  I also like that the Iron Complex by Zahler is also made with Folic Acid and B12 and it's just a great, quality supplement in general.  I tend to have a sensitive stomach and usually have to eat something when I take my supplements but I have been able to take this without any issues and just with a glass of water. 

I have been really impressed with the way I have been feeling since I started taking it.  I definitely feel like I have more energy than I normally do.  Energy is something is can always use more of!  Now, this is not a supplement that I will take everyday. I will probably only be taking this for a couple of weeks out of the month, around the time when I need it most, if you know what I mean!  I am just glad I finally found an Iron supplement that is in capsule form and one that I can count on.

I have tried several different types of Teeth Whitening Systems, including the kind you get from your dentist so I was excited to see how the Professional At-Home Teeth Whitening Kit by Ultimate Smile would measure up to the other systems that I have tried.  I have to say, I am impressed!

Truthfully, I made my husband try this one out!  I had already been using another product to get ready for our upcoming vacation so I made my husband test it out and after just 2 uses we both noticed a huge difference in the color of his teeth.  Now, keep in mind that he is also someone that chews Tobacco and drinks coffee so his really needed some whitening.  So, I am not sure if that is why their was a noticeable difference after just the two uses but we were both impressed with the results.  Now he plans to do it a few more times before we leave to see how white they can get!

The kit includes Dental Carbomide Peroxide Gel, High Quality Dental Terraforming Tray, and Retainer Case, all for only $24.99!  Compared to some of the other systems that I have tried that's a great deal, especially considering how well it worked.  I have paid twice that at my Dentist office for the same results.
