Like most women I have an iron deficiency. Because of that I usually look to a supplement to help me out and I have been taking this Iron Complex by Zahler for the last several weeks. First of all, I have to say what I love most about this is that it's in a capsule form. For some reason, most of the Iron supplements that I have taken in the past are in tablet form and I am not a fan of tablets! I also like that the Iron Complex by Zahler is also made with Folic Acid and B12 and it's just a great, quality supplement in general. I tend to have a sensitive stomach and usually have to eat something when I take my supplements but I have been able to take this without any issues and just with a glass of water.
I have been really impressed with the way I have been feeling since I started taking it. I definitely feel like I have more energy than I normally do. Energy is something is can always use more of! Now, this is not a supplement that I will take everyday. I will probably only be taking this for a couple of weeks out of the month, around the time when I need it most, if you know what I mean! I am just glad I finally found an Iron supplement that is in capsule form and one that I can count on.
