I love it when I can take my supplements in liquid form! When it's in liquid form I think it's more easily and more quickly absorbed by the body which is always a good thing.
I think this Liquid Omega-3 by CardioTabs is great alternative to the regular pill form. It's a powerful concentrate of the much needed and desired Omega-3 and it also has concentrated Vitamin D3! It's so concentrated that all you need is 1 teaspoon. It has a slight Orange/Berry flavor so it can be easily mixed with food or drink. I will say that I am not totally crazy about the flavor but it's only 1 teaspoon and I just add it to my morning smoothie so I can't even tell it's in there. But, like I said it's only 1 teaspoon and that flavor isn't that bad so you can easily just take the 1 teaspoon straight.
Omega-3 and Vitamin D3 helps provide support for the heart, brain, eyes, joint, skin, hair, and even the blood vessels so I think it's a really important supplement to add to your regime!
