I am not kidding when I tell you I use Argan Oil for everything!  From head to toe, Argan Oil is a staple product for me.  Made from the kernels of the Argan tree, Argan Oil has been cultivated and used for centuries by Berber women in Morocco.  Lately, I have been using this Certified Organic Argan Oil From Morocco by Fang & Whistle to help mend my split ends.  At night before I go to bed I just rub a little on the ends and then brush it through and in the morning I wake up to soft and silky ends.  I also as an all over moisturizer and then I apply a little more generously on around my eyes, down my neck and decollete and then on my elbows, knees and feet when I am feeling extra dry.

Certified Organic Argan Oil From Morocco by Fang & Whistle works amazingly well and restore hair & skin back to it's natural state and leaving it feeling soft and supple.  I cannot be without it!

Even though I have very oily skin I have become a huge fan of facial oils.  I do have to be careful which ones I use so that I don't end of breaking out but for the most part facial oils actually help balance out my skin. This Squalane Oil by BEAUTYOILS CO. is a perfect example of that.

Squalane Oil is 100% Pure Plant Based and olive-derived.  It is very similar to human sebum, which makes the oil light and easily absorbed by the skin and makes it perfect for balancing out oily skin.  Since it's also fragrance free, preservative free, cruelty free and vegan you should be able to use Squalane Oil on any skin type.  It works perfectly as an all over moisturizer and is especially good for dry skin but I also like to use it more generously around my eyes, down my neck and on my decollete to help diminish my fine lines.  A little of this oil goes a really long way which also makes it very affordable.

I never knew there was such a thing as a Wine Aerator until about 6 months ago.  I had heard of a Decanter before but the whole concept of Aerating was new to me.  But, now that I know about it I now actually get to enjoy my wine to it's fullest flavor and I will never go back!

Like most women I have an iron deficiency.  Because of that I usually look to a supplement to help me out and I have been taking this Iron Complex by Zahler for the last several weeks.  First of all, I have to say what I love most about this is that it's in a capsule form.  For some reason, most of the Iron supplements that I have taken in the past are in tablet form and I am not a fan of tablets!  I also like that the Iron Complex by Zahler is also made with Folic Acid and B12 and it's just a great, quality supplement in general.  I tend to have a sensitive stomach and usually have to eat something when I take my supplements but I have been able to take this without any issues and just with a glass of water. 

I have been really impressed with the way I have been feeling since I started taking it.  I definitely feel like I have more energy than I normally do.  Energy is something is can always use more of!  Now, this is not a supplement that I will take everyday. I will probably only be taking this for a couple of weeks out of the month, around the time when I need it most, if you know what I mean!  I am just glad I finally found an Iron supplement that is in capsule form and one that I can count on.
