You all know that I love to cleanse and detox so I am always trying out the latest and greatest products that think will give me the results I am looking for.

I have been testing out this Core Cleanse lately and I have to say it is probably the most gentle cleanse I have ever done.  It's made with potent but natural ingredients like Senna and Licorice Root that help your body gently eliminate any waste build-up and toxins.  This cleanse helps improve digestive health and allows your body to absorb essential nutrients, gives you increased energy and can even help relieve bloating.

By far, one of my favorite skincare products is Vitamin C Serum.  However, it can't be just any Vitamin C Serum, it has to be nothing but the best for this girl!  This Vitamin C Serum by Defy Naturals is one of the best that I have used so far!

Detox Body Wraps by Liposculpture Talk

For some reason I have been hearing a lot about these Detox Body Wrap treatments lately so I was exited to try it out for myself.  They are supposed to help remove the build up of toxins, help the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks. improve skin tone and can even help you loose a few inches. Overall, I was pretty impressed with my own experience with the Detox Body Wraps by Liposculpture Talk!  After I finally figured out how to apply the wraps properly so they would stay in place (it took me a couple tries!) I left them on over the clay mask product for about an hour and lounged around in my robe while the wraps and clay worked their magic.
Afterwards, I undid the wraps and ended up taking a shower (they say you can just wipe off the excess and there is no need to take a shower but I felt like I needed a shower).  After I got out of the shower I noticed that the tone and texture of my skin seemed more smooth and supple and just looked better overall.  I didn't notice any inches lost or feel like I lost any but I really did love the way my skin looked and felt after just one use of the Detox Body Wraps by Liposculpture Talk.  I have done the treatment again a few times and I continue to be impressed with my skin tone and texture each time.  I am can't say whether or not any toxins are removed but they way my skin looks and feels after each treatment is similar to what my the skin on my face looks and feels like when I use a good face mask so I would say that it must be removing something!
I will definitely continue to use this Detox Body Wrap because I love what is does for the look and feel of my skin!

Several months ago Kushyfoot was nice enough to send me a pair of their Flats to Go and several different pairs of their Foot & Toe Covers to try out and now that I have had a chance to try everything out I wanted to share my thoughts!

First, let's talk about the Alligator Print Flats to Go that they sent me and why I LOVE them!  I love that these are totally portable and come with a nice little case to carry them in.  Since they can be folded or rolled up they are perfect to just keep in your purse.  Keep in mind that these are not flats that you would want to go walk around outside in unless it's going to be on a smooth surface.  They are meant for indoor use and are REALLY perfect for travel.  Not only are they cute and stylish but they are also super comfy, instead of shoes, they feel more like slippers.  Plus, they come in 5 different styles to choose from and they are really inexpensive.  

I cannot wait to take these on my upcoming trip!  They will be perfect to throw in my carry-on and then I can just take off my other shoes off, slip into these and settle in for my long flight!  I will be comfortable and stylish!

This is a Shine Spray by Sheer Texture.  Now, I have tried A LOT of shine type sprays and they usually end up making my hair too oily and heavy.  This Shine Spray by Sheer Texture is unlike any other shine spray I have tried.  First of all, it's really light weight and non-oily which is awesome and for me the most important aspect of this type of product.  Plus, you can use it on wet or dry hair and it instantly detangles, smooths away frizz and split ends!  I like to apply a little at the ends while my hair is still damp and then once it's dry I add a little more if I am having frizz issues and to add more shine.  It's pretty amazing how it can do all that without making my hair feel weighed down.

I love it when I can take my supplements in liquid form!  When it's in liquid form I think it's more easily and more quickly absorbed by the body which is always a good thing.

I think this Liquid Omega-3 by CardioTabs is great alternative to the regular pill form.  It's a powerful concentrate of the much needed and desired Omega-3 and it also has concentrated Vitamin D3!  It's so concentrated that all you need is 1 teaspoon.  It has a slight Orange/Berry flavor so it can be easily mixed with food or drink.  I will say that I am not totally crazy about the flavor but it's only 1 teaspoon and I just add it to my morning smoothie so I can't even tell it's in there.  But, like I said it's only 1 teaspoon and that flavor isn't that bad so you can easily just take the 1 teaspoon straight.

Omega-3 and Vitamin D3 helps provide support for the heart, brain, eyes, joint, skin, hair, and even the blood vessels so I think it's a really important supplement to add to your regime!
