If it's one thing I wear as part of my everyday skincare routine it's sunscreen.  Sunscreen is very important to me since I have Melasma and sun is what exasperates it.  However, I also have very oily skin so I have to be careful what I put on my face.  This Daily Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 30 by Elba Naturals is perfect for me since it's lightweight so it instantly absorbs into my skin and gives me the perfect amount of hydration with out any oily or greasy residue.  I also love that it's non-comedogenic which is another requirement of mine.

Tens Units are my new best friend! I have been testing out a few different models lately and I am so grateful because it has forced me sit down for at least 20 min and relax!

I like to use my Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager by Santamedical right before I go to bed. Not only does it help relieve my pains and aches but it also helps me relax so I can sleep better.

This Santamedical LFM-110 Tens Unit is actually the less expensive out of all the ones I have been testing and works just as well as all the others, this one is just not rechargeable like the others are and doesn't have as many options but it still gets the job done.  I think it's just more about personal preference.

As we age our skin produces less and less of CoQ10 which is needed to help keep fine lines and wrinkles at bay. Thankfully companies like Elba Naturals are coming out with product that contain CoQ10! 

I have been testing out their CoQ10 Cream for the last several weeks and since I am 42 years old I am pretty sure I fall into that "aging" category and desperately need this cream, lol! I have been using it just like I would a moisturizer and it pretty much acts like one.  Made with Hyaluronic Acid, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Kernel and CoQ10, it's lightweight and absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any oily or greasy residue.  It helps to hydrate and plump up skin so fine lines and wrinkles are less noticeable.  I also love that this CoQ10 Cream by Elba Naturals immediately goes to work firming and stimulating collagen to rebuild itself and helping to keep it from braking down which translates into younger looking skin for me!  Yay, again!

Another great thing about this cream is that it's great for all skin types, even blemish prone skin since it's non-comedogenic and it doesn't clog pores.  It's also Paraben free!  What's not to love?  It's a great product if you are wanting a more youthful appearance!

Even at 42 years old I am still dealing with Oily skin.  Thankfully, there are a lot of products out there now that help combat and balance out my Oily skin and this BB Cream by Forlan Skincare is one of them!

I have been using this BB Cream by Forlan Skincare as part of my Daytime Skincare routine and in place of my regular moisturizer and even my primer a few times and I have been really impressed so far.  Unlike a lot of other BB Creams this one is not tinted, it looks and feels like a normal moisturizer but it's better.  It's a lightweight cream that is easily & quickly absorbed and thankfully there is no oily or greasily residue.  It helps blur out imperfections while leaving skin hydrated, soft and smooth.  It also contains potent anti-aging ingredients so while it's busy making skin look better in the short term it also has the long term benefits of diminishing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and general premature aging.  It's been a great addition to my product lineup!  This BB Cream would work great on any skin type, including acne prone or even dry, mature skin.  I have used other Forlan Skincare products and I always find them to be of high quality and products that actually do what they claim to do.

Here's the latest cleanse I have been testing out!  You know how I love a good cleanse!
