I have been a huge fan of Amara Organics Skincare products for awhile now so I was excited that they came out with a cleanser and even more excited to test it out!
As with all Amara Organics products this Vitamin C Cleanser is all natural and organic, contains no harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or artificial fragrances, colors, or dyes. It's gentle enough to use every day and can be used on any skin type. Genius!
One of the things I love about this cleanser is that a little goes a really long way so the bottle will last for ages. Plus the cleanser itself is formulated with 15% Vitamin C, Aloe, Rosehip Oil & Tea Tree Oil and works great at taking off the daily grit, grime, dirt, oil and makeup without stripping skin and leaves it feeling clean and soft and looking more radiant. I am sucker for serums! However, not all serums are the same and since I have oily and blemish prone skin I really have to watch what I put on my skin or I can end up with a bad breakout. I was excited to test out this Repair Serum by BioBasics Skin Care since it's specifically for my type of skin and I am SO glad I did!

It's made with a patented growth factor that accelerates healing and helps to improve the vascular, neurological, dermal, and epidermal structures of the skin, sounds pretty impressive, huh?

Well it is! I have been using this serum for a few weeks and my skin has been loving it! I have even been using it twice a day, applying it in the morning in place of my moisturizer and I am really impressed with how well and how quickly it absorbs and it wears perfectly under my makeup. I also use it at night and when I wake up in the morning my skin looks brighter and feels soft and smooth. For me Exfoliating is right up there next to using a good Mask when it comes to skincare. I LOVE to exfoliate! It's such a quick and easy way to remove deal skin cells and reveal healthy new skin which can help keep skin clear and can also reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

I have been loving this Tru Moroccan Repair Conditioner & Shampoo! My hair has been feeling so soft and silky since I started using it a few weeks ago. I think this a perfect dupe for the Moroccan Oil but it's less expensive and I think it smells way better. I don't have a diagnosed Thyroid problem but I definitely struggle with loosing weight. I eat really well, take supplements and exercise and it seems like no matter what I do I have to really work really hard just to loose a few pounds. I never really thought about my Thyroid being the cause so I am going to be getting that checked out.

However, in the meantime I have been taking this Thyroid Booster by VieAid Health and while I haven't really noticed any extra weight loss related directly to this I have noticed how much more energy I have. Even though I have very oily skin I have become a huge fan of facial oils. I do have to be careful which ones I use so that I don't end of breaking out but for the most part facial oils actually help balance out my skin. This Squalane Oil by BEAUTYOILS CO. is a perfect example of that.

Squalane Oil is 100% Pure Plant Based and olive-derived. It is very similar to human sebum, which makes the oil light and easily absorbed by the skin and makes it perfect for balancing out oily skin. Since it's also fragrance free, preservative free, cruelty free and vegan you should be able to use Squalane Oil on any skin type. It works perfectly as an all over moisturizer and is especially good for dry skin but I also like to use it more generously around my eyes, down my neck and on my decollete to help diminish my fine lines. Like most women I have an iron deficiency. Because of that I usually look to a supplement to help me out and I have been taking this Iron Complex by Zahler for the last several weeks. First of all, I have to say what I love most about this is that it's in a capsule form. For some reason, most of the Iron supplements that I have taken in the past are in tablet form and I am not a fan of tablets! I also like that the Iron Complex by Zahler is also made with Folic Acid and B12 and it's just a great, quality supplement in general. I tend to have a sensitive stomach and usually have to eat something when I take my supplements but I have been able to take this without any issues and just with a glass of water.

I have been really impressed with the way I have been feeling since I started taking it. I definitely feel like I have more energy than I normally do. Energy is something is can always use more of! Now, this is not a supplement that I will take everyday. I will probably only be taking this for a couple of weeks out of the month, around the time when I need it most, if you know what I mean!
