I love it when I can take my supplements in liquid form!  When it's in liquid form I think it's more easily and more quickly absorbed by the body which is always a good thing.

I think this Liquid Omega-3 by CardioTabs is great alternative to the regular pill form.  It's a powerful concentrate of the much needed and desired Omega-3 and it also has concentrated Vitamin D3!  It's so concentrated that all you need is 1 teaspoon.  It has a slight Orange/Berry flavor so it can be easily mixed with food or drink.  I will say that I am not totally crazy about the flavor but it's only 1 teaspoon and I just add it to my morning smoothie so I can't even tell it's in there.  But, like I said it's only 1 teaspoon and that flavor isn't that bad so you can easily just take the 1 teaspoon straight.

Omega-3 and Vitamin D3 helps provide support for the heart, brain, eyes, joint, skin, hair, and even the blood vessels so I think it's a really important supplement to add to your regime!

As a beauty blogger I am constantly testing out any number of skincare products and while I get to test out a lot of great products it can sometimes wreak havoc on my oily and blemish-prone skin.  Yes, even at 42 I still deal with skin demons and they especially like to show up if I have been testing out a lot of thick anti-aging creams and I haven't been able to exfoliate on a regular basis.

That's why I love it when I get to test out a new anti-acne skincare line like this The Compound Factor - Skin Clearing System!

What makes this system unique is that it works to help clear skin not only on the outside but it also comes with a Probiotic supplement to help clear skin from the inside.  The kit consists of 4 steps, Cleanse, Activate, Correct and Spot Solution in addition to the Probioitic supplement.  All the products work synergistically to help fight breakouts, absorb excess oil, reduce enlarged pores, soothe, heal and improve the overall skin tone and texture.  

I have been using the The Compound Factor - Skin Clearing System along with my normal skincare products and a little more intensely when I feel a breakout coming on and it definitely keeps any face demons from popping up and it helps heal any existing ones that I didn't catch in time.

The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the kit included a larger size of Activate, Step 2.  This is the Pore Exfoliating Toner and it comes in a much smaller bottle than the other steps.  Toner is in a 1 oz. bottle and the other steps are 2 oz.  I am not sure what their reasoning was for this but I hope they increase the size of the toner to match the rest of the system.  I have already ran out of the toner but still have plenty of everything else.  Other than that this is a great new skincare line and I would recommend it for anyone that struggles with blemishes like I do.

So, I finally broke down and tried out these Metallic Temporary Tattoos and I have to say I am super impressed!  They actually look really cool and could even pass for real jewelry and real tattoos from a distance!

This particular pack, Metallic Gold Flash Temporary Tattoos by Kiki, comes with 5 sheets and over 50 Tattoos to choose from.  My personal favorite is the sheet is the Sea Themed sheet that has the Mermaid on it.  The Seahorse is so pretty it has made me think about getting a REAL tattoo that looks exactly like it! 

These are also really easy to apply.  Simply cut out the tattoo of your choice, remove plastic fronting, place tattoo on clean, smooth, dry skin and hold a damp cloth or sponge on it for about 20 seconds and then peel off backing.  It's that easy!  (You may need to leave on a little longer if it isn't sticking).  The tattoos should last up to 5 days if they are kept dry and less if you get them wet, obviously.

I have been saving the Sea Themed sheet to take on our upcoming cruise and I can't wait to use them!!

I have been loving this Eyelash Growth Serum by Allura!  I had a mishap with an old Eyelash Curler a few months back and I ended up loosing a bunch of my lashes which wasn't not pretty.  I have never been a fake lash kind of girl but not having lashes forced me to learn how to wear the fake ones but I would still rather rock my own lashes!

Thank goodness for this Eyelash Growth Serum by Allura!  It actually took about 2 months for all my lashes to come back but now they are longer, more full and it really seems like I even have more of them.  This stuff works!  The trick to using a growth serum (I think) is just being dedicated and giving it time to work.  I applied this serum every morning and night and started to notice a difference after about 2 weeks and like I said if took about 2 months for all of my lashes...and then some to come back.  If you already have all of your normal lashes you should notice longer and fuller lashes within 2 weeks if you use the serum as directed!

I love my furbabies and I totally hate the thought of using a bark collar, even though sometime I have really thought hard about it!  I am so glad I didn't go that direction and so thankful I got to try out this Dog Whistle Set by PetVitalix!

You already know how much I love my Argan Oil!  Well this Organic Argan Oil by Jaowying Beauty is pretty amazing.  In fact, it's so amazing I somehow managed to go through the entire 4 oz. bottle in less than a month!

Here is another great serum I have been testing out!  This one is the 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid by CSCS.

This serum has the Vitamin C that I love and then they also added some Vitamin E!  It's a great, lightweight anti-aging serum that adds significant moisture to your skin with out leaving it feeling greasy.  All you get is soft, hydrated skin while the potent ingredients go to work on your fine lines, wrinkles and crows feet and the Vitamin C works to fade discoloration.

The 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid by CSCS is a great serum to use in the morning as your moisturizer since it wears well under makeup and you can also use it at night since it layers well with other serums and face creams!
