I thought this bracelet was such a cool concept and couldn't wait to get one!  However, I ended up a little disappointed.  I don't usually do bad review on my blog...I really only like to share products that I like and enjoy using.  Nonetheless, I thought I would share my thoughts about this Activity Tracker Bracelet by UNIQEE.

First of all, I really like the bracelet.  I like the way it looks and feels and like I said, I think it's a great concept.  The only problem is that it doesn't fit!  It fits if you wear it like a normal bracelet but it's being advertised as a Activity Tracker Bracelet that you can wear over the Activity Tracker and it falls short.  Like literally, it falls short.  Once you place it over the Activity Tracker it's not longer enough to cover the tracker and you are not able to snap it closed.

Now, I do not have abnormally large wrists.  They are normal size, maybe even on the smaller side if anything so it's really unfortunate that it doesn't fit.  I checked Amazon to see if anyone else was having this issue, thinking maybe I just got one that has a defect but sadly no.  A lot of the reviews were saying the same thing.  It's seems it may just be manufactured for adults that have child like wrists.  So, if that's you then this is a really cool Activity Tracker Bracelet.  However, if your like me then don't waste your money. :(

You don't need to be a fitness fanatic, body builder or weight lifter to benefit from a good quality BCAA powder like this one by Vitality Max Labs.  My workouts of choice are hiking, walking, Barre3 and Yoga and I love what BCAA does for me.

BCAA are branched chain amino acids and are essential for the growth and repair of muscles and tissues which is why it makes sense that body builders and weight lifters like to use BCAA's.  However, I especially like to use this BCAA powder before I go for a hike and before my Barre3 workouts.  I feel like it helps me push through fatigue and I definitely notice that I'm not as sore after a workout or hike when I am diligent about using my BCAA.  I just add one scoop of the BCAA Powder by Vitality Max Labs to a small shaker bottle full of water and ice, shake and drink up.  It has a great fruity flavor and it even smells yummy too!

Without a doubt if you are a fitness fanatic, body builder or weight lifter then you should be using a quality BCAA powder like this but even if your not it's worth checking out!

Yoga Wheel by Lotus Brands, Inc.

As many times as I've done Yoga and Barre3 I have yet had the chance to use a Yoga Wheel.  When I heard it could do great things for people with back pain I knew I had to try it out for myself.
My first impression of this Yoga Wheel by Lotus Brands, Inc. was that I was surprised at how sturdy it was.  It supposedly can hold up to 450 lbs of body weight which is really impressive. The outside of the wheel is covered in a soft, comfortable padding and the wheel itself is really well made.  This is definitely a nice piece of Yoga equipment that I will have for years to come.
I will admit that it took me a few times to really get my balance so that I could use it to stretch out my back.  However, once I got the hang of it and knew where I needed to place it then it became really easy to use.  I have had to work my way up to the recommended 10 minutes but it has really helped keep my back pain in check.  I love using it first thing when I get home from work to really de-stress and relieve the tension.  It really gives a good stretch to my spine and surrounding muscles.  You can also use it in much the same way that you would use a foam roller but a Yoga Wheel provides me with a much deeper stretch.  I also enjoy using it right before I go to bed.  I find that when I use it before bed it also helps me sleep!

Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely

These Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely are what I have been using to during my at home workouts lately.  The bands come is a variety of resistance from Light (3-7lbs), Medium (5-9lbs), Heavy (9-15lbs), X Heavy (15-22lbs) & XX Heavy (22-35lbs) so there is really something for everyone.  These are great quality bands that are made from really durable materials and built to last.  I also like that these come in a nice travel bag which I actually use to put the bands in after every workout.

Lately, I have been doing a lot of Barre3 online workouts which use resistance bands and even though they use the longer non-loop type bands in their workouts I have found that these Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely work perfectly and I even prefer them to the other kind.

I love that when traveling all I need is my Loop Resistance Bands and my laptop to make sure I get a good workout in!

Massage Roller by DanceCrazy

I love, love a good deep tissue massage and if they weren't so darn expensive or if I was independently wealthy I would probably have one weekly.  They hurt so good!
The next best thing to a deep tissue massage is using a hard Massage Ball to release my trigger points.  I have a few different types but this Massage Roller by DanceCrazy is the only one I have that has a multi-directional rolling ball.  I love the multi-directional rolling ball aspect.  It really helps to be able to just glide the ball back and forth against knots and trigger points versus me having to manually move the ball.
Massage Roller Balls are a necessity in my life.  I always feel so much better and more relaxed after releasing my trigger/pressure points.  I try to use my Massage Ball at least 3-5 times a week for best results.
I highly recommend you drink a ton of water after using any type of Massage Ball.  Releasing trigger/pressure points also means releasing toxins into your system so you will need all the help you can get flushing them out.

A Massage Stick is something I can't live without.  I have a lot of back and neck issues and being able to use a Massage Stick like this Premium Muscle Roller Stick 18" by Asana Fitness is key to keeping my stiffness and pain at bay.
This Massage Stick is made with a Stainless Steel core which allows you to apply as much pressure as needed.  When I get a massage I always get a Deep Tissue Massage so being able to press as hard as I can to work out my knots is essential for me.  After I use this Massage Stick I always feel so much better.  The tension subsides and my hands don't feel numb and my circulation improves as well.
You can also use this Premium Muscle Roller Stick 18" by Asana Fitness after work outs and in much the same way that you would use a foam roller, which is another necessity of mine.

As someone who has a lot of back and neck issues pain is part of my everyday life.  Instead of taking medications like Ibuprofen or other pain relief pills I always try to go the natural route first.  Sometimes that means using Essential Oils, getting a Massage, using a Massage Stick or using other similar items.  I've tried just about every over the counter cream out there but sometimes the smell is annoying but I usually don't use a cream because it just wears off really fast.

However, I was sent this Natural Pain Relief Cream by Marathon Pain Relief to review so I decided to put it to the test!  It's supposed to be a non-greasy formula with no smell and it's definitely not greasy at all so that's a bonus.  When I first starting using it I didn't notice a smell but for some reason it seems to have a smell now.  It's not a bad smell, it's the typical menthol type smell mixed with a botanical smell and it's just lightly scented and it actually smells good so I don't mind it at all.
The Natural Pain Relief Cream contains only the highest quality and freshly harvested ingredients grown in the USA.  Some of those ingredients are Emu Oil, Arnica, Willow Bark Extract, Aloe Vera, Calendula, Menthol and Witch Hazel.
The cream itself is light blue in color but I have not had any issues with it staining any of my clothing.  It also absorbs really quickly so it really doesn't have a chance to get on clothes anyway.  I like to apply the Natural Pain Relief Cream by Marathon Pain Relief to my neck and shoulders and it instantly feels soothing.  Sometimes I like to apply the cream in the evening and then use my heating pad as well.  The combination of the cream and my heating pad provides serious pain relief and it's also very relaxing.
Overall, this is a great product that I would highly recommend for those annoying aches and pains and especially if you have back and neck issues like I do.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of back and neck issues.  One or the other seems to always be giving me some sort of grief.  I am sure sitting at a computer for 10+ hours a day is a huge culprit!  But, what's a blogger to do?  I usually end up at the Chiropractors office but for everyday help I love using a Massage Stick.  I actually have a couple of these, I keep one at home and one at my office and it's perfect for relieving the mid-day stress and muscle tension.

I just added this pretty cool and compact piece of fitness equipment to my home gym!  This Total Body Exercise System by Sela Fitness has 8 different resistance workouts that you can do on it and provides a total body workout all for a really great price.  You can purchase it right now on Amazon for only $59.00,  which I think is a steal when you compare it to other similar fitness equipment and gym memberships.  You do have to put it together and the instructions could be a little better but thankfully my husband is skilled in that area and was able to put it together with ease.  For the price it seems to be well made and it comes with a 1 year warranty.

The Total Body Exercise System works out your abs, core, back, arms and legs with easy and adjustable resistance that can can go in both directions.  It's also supposed to fold up for easy storage but I am able to leave it out as part of my home gym so I don't really utilize this feature.

I find using the Total Body Exercise System by Sela Fitness also provides my back with extra and much need support for when I am doing my ab exercises.  I have a bad back and sometimes when I do the normal ab routines I end up with an aching back but using the Total Body Exercise System has really helped me with my back issues, so that's just an extra bonus for me!
Overall, it's not the best piece of equipment but I think for the price, it's worth checking out.

I love Pilates.  I think it's one of best workouts you can do, especially for women.  While this new Pilates Ring that I have been testing isn't going to give your the results that a full Pilates session will it does give thighs and arms a great little workout!
