To maintain my weight I try and replace some of my meals with a healthy smoothie. 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Bean Powder
1 tbsp Wild Friends Organic Honey Sunflower Butter (You can sub. Almond Butter or Peanut Butter if there are no nut allergies like there is at my house)
1 very ripe Organic Banana
1 cup Ice.
Blend well and add water to thin out if needed. It's super delicious, satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me feeling full for hours. It's a Win, Win!
