As a beauty blogger it has become more important than ever for me to seek out and use skincare and makeup products that are natural and contain ingredients that are truly good for my skin.  I discovered Jadience Herbal Formulas about a year ago when they sent me their Purifying Toner and I fell in love with it  What sets Jadience Herbal Formulas apart from other skincare is the fact that they infuse their products with actual Jade powder.  Jade is known for it's healing properties and it's ability to enhance skin health.  So, it only makes sense that skincare products containing Jade are going to beneficial to your skin.
Recently, I've been testing out their Vitality Anti-Aging Serum, Harmonizing Mask & Intensive Eye Treatment and once again, I've fallen in love!  Their Vitality Anti-Aging Serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly, leaves skin feeling hydrated, soft and smooth while helping to reduce signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles.  The Harmonizing Mask is a mask that deep cleans and purifies pores but also leaves skin feeling balanced and nourished.  It gently removes dead skin cells and other debris so skin becomes softer and smoother. Skin looks and feels refreshed and rejuvenated!
The Intensive Eye Treatment provides instant hydration, reduces dark circles and puffiness while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  It's basically everything you want and need in an anti-aging eye product!

Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil by Gya Labs

Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil is one of my favorite oils and is one that I consider a staple for any Essential Oil arsenal.  It's a favorite because there are so many uses for it!  

I keep a bottle on my desk for those times when I'm feeling a little stressed and need a little pick me up, I just inhale or massage a couple drops onto my wrists and I almost instantly feel better.  I also use Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil to help fight off sugar cravings.  I just add a few drops to my water when I feel a craving coming on and it defintely helps ease those thoughts of sugary sweets that are running through my head!

Here are just a few other ways I use my Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil by Gya Labs:

1) Mix a few drops into Coconut Oil and massage into the back of the neck and shoulders to help relieve stress.

2) Mix a few drops with Jojoba Oil and use to treat blemishes.

3) Diffuse in home or office to eliminate unwanted odors.

4) Make your own household cleaner!  It works as a natural antibacterial agent and it smells good!  Just put several drops in a spray bottle with some water and voilà you have a custom made cleaner!

5) Helps ease the symptoms of a hangover.

There are many other ways to use Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil, probably some that I haven't even thought of!  As with any Essential Oil it's extremely important to make sure you use a good quality Essential Oil, especially if you intend to ingest it!  I can always count on Gya Labs for their excellent quality Essential Oils!

Whether you are on the Keto diet or just trying to increase metabolism and decrease appetite this is a supplement worth checking out!  I've been testing out the all natural Keto BHBc Max by Zen Naturally for about a month now and I definitely notice a difference when I'm not taking it.  When I take this supplement as directed, which is about 20-30 minutes before a meal, I find that I don't end up eating as much and I have better energy levels.

My favorite perfumes have always been those with a base note of Vanilla.  Anything too floral always smells amazing at first but then it usually becomes overpowering and I end up with a headache so I have to be fairly picky about what I wear for perfume.  Finally, this Buttercream Frosting Roll-On Perfume by Jaqua came into my life and it's just so good.  I'm actually starting to think that it was made specifically for me and I just can't get enough of it!  It smells like a cupcake but it's not too sweet, it has a hint of Banana and just the slightest bit of floral.  It's smells perfectly amazing!  Wearing this, someone is bound to ask you what you have on because it just smells THAT good!

I honestly don't usually wear perfume too much but when I do I prefer to go with something made from Natural Oils and in Roller Ball form, just like this Buttercream Frosting one.  I literally have about four or five different ones in my handbag right now.  I actually use them more for Aromatherapy.  Depending on my mood I just roll one on and I can instantly feel better or the smell can just take me away for a moment.  Since I've had this Buttercream Frosting Perfume I have been putting it on every morning without fail because I LOVE the smell it instantly puts me in a good mood!

The other great thing is that all Jaqua products are made in the USA and Cruelty Free!  This is my first time trying their Perfume (can't wait to try the other scents...Coconut Buttercream, Pink Champagne & Raspberry Buttercream!) but I've also used their Raspberry Buttercream Frosting Hand Cream and not only does it smell out of this world but it leaves your hands feeling soft and silky!  If your into smelling like baked goods then anything Jaqua Beauty is a MUST HAVE!

Ginger Essential Oil by Gya Labs

Fall is one of my favorite seasons.  For me Fall means cozy sweaters, cute boots, comfort food and unfortunately it also means cold and flu season.  I always try to amp up the intake of the usual Vitamin C, Astragalus and Echinacea and some years I even get a flu shot to help prevent getting sick but inevitably I usually end up with some sort of nasty virus.  Unfortunately, this Fall is not off to a good start because I have already been the victim of a really bad cold.  Sometimes no matter what I do in the way of prevention those little germs find their way in.

Thankfully, I have a arsenal of Essential Oils to help combat every cold and flu symptom you can think of and Oregano Oil, Tea Tree Oil and especially Ginger Oil are of my favorites!

Ginger Oil can actually be used to treat all sorts of things from nausea and menstrual cramps to infections.  It's also a great Essential Oil for treating respiratory issues.  It literally helps remove mucus from the throat and lungs so when I have a cold Ginger Oil is a "Must Have".  To help with congestion I like to make a pillow spray using distilled water and several drops of Ginger Oil and give my pillows a good spray right before bed.

Since Ginger Oil also helps with inflammation so I use it to help with my muscle and joint pain, especially on my neck and upper back areas.  I rub in 2-3 drops a couple times of day and it really helps to alleviate the aches and pains and no pills required!

Another great use of Ginger Oil is Aromatherapy.  It's known as "the oil of empowerment" since it brings a sense of self-assurance and courageousness and serenity and it's one of my favorite oils to diffuse at bedtime. 

So, if you don't have Ginger Oil in your Essential Oil arsenal then I highly recommend you add it!  My personal favorite is the Ginger Oil by Gya Labs and you can find it on Amazon for under $10!

Myrrh Essential Oil by Gya Labs

I use Essential Oils every day, several times throughout the day!  In fact, I'm taking a class on Essential Oils just so I can be a bit more knowledgeable in the Essential Oil department.  Needless to say, I'm a bit obsessed and always on the hunt for the best of the best since not all Essential Oils are created equal.

I just recently discovered Essential Oils by Gya Labs and they very kindly sent me their Myrrh Essential Oil to try out!  Most people are familiar with Myrrh since it was one of the gifts that the Three Wise Men brought baby Jesus.  It's basically a gum resin that is obtained from certain trees and made into an essential oil and is used in medicines, perfumes and incense.

Myrrh is one of my favorite Essential Oils to have around during the cold and flu season.  I keep a bottle on my desk when I get to feeling a little under the weather.  I just take a few sniffs throughout the day and the unique scent really helps take the edge off cold and flu symptoms.  It also has antibacterial, antifungal benefits so I love mixing it with a carrier oil like Jojoba Oil and applying it to any affected area and it really helps expedite the healing process.  I will also apply a mixture of Myrrh Oil & Jojoba Oil to my chest and neck if I get a particularly bad cold to help ease symptoms on a deeper level.  

Myrrh Essential Oils has many uses and benefits and it's a great one to have in any Essential Oil collection!  This Myrrh Essential Oil by Gya Labs is excellent quality and I would highly recommend it!
