Two of my favorite things are skincare and supplement.  I am well aware that how you look on the outside has a lot to do with what is going on the inside and what you are feeding your body.  Because of that, I am all about trying to look better on the outside by starting with the inside!  I try to eat healthy and take all natural supplements that I feel can be beneficial to my overall health, skin and hair.
