I am sucker for serums!  However, not all serums are the same and since I have oily and blemish prone skin I really have to watch what I put on my skin or I can end up with a bad breakout.  I was excited to test out this Repair Serum by BioBasics Skin Care since it's specifically for my type of skin and I am SO glad I did!

It's made with a patented growth factor that accelerates healing and helps to improve the vascular, neurological, dermal, and epidermal structures of the skin, sounds pretty impressive, huh?

Well it is!  I have been using this serum for a few weeks and my skin has been loving it!  I have even been using it twice a day, applying it in the morning in place of my moisturizer and I am really impressed with how well and how quickly it absorbs and it wears perfectly under my makeup.  I also use it at night and when I wake up in the morning my skin looks brighter and feels soft and smooth.  I also notice that if I have any skin issues like face demons they are considerably healed and less noticeable by morning.

The Repair Serum by BioBasics Skin Care also works wonders on fine lines and wrinkles!  #KillTheCrow!  Basically, I have been loving the way my skin looks and feels thanks to this serum and it's another great product that has found a permanent home alongside my other skincare favorites!

For me Exfoliating is right up there next to using a good Mask when it comes to skincare.  I LOVE to exfoliate!  It's such a quick and easy way to remove deal skin cells and reveal healthy new skin which can help keep skin clear and can also reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

I have been loving this Tru Moroccan Repair Conditioner & Shampoo! My hair has been feeling so soft and silky since I started using it a few weeks ago. I think this a perfect dupe for the Moroccan Oil but it's less expensive and I think it smells way better. I am not sure what the fragrance is that they use but it's light, fresh, citrusy and...I don't know it just smells yummy!

Just like the Tru Moroccan Repair Conditioner the Tru Moroccan Repair Shampoo is great for any hair type but it works really good for dry, damaged and color treated hair like mine. The key ingredients are Jojoba Oil and Argan oil which help heal, repair, strengthen and add shine and softness.  I feel like I have noticed an improvement in the condition of my hair since I started using both the Shampoo and Conditioner.  These are really great products that I highly recommend that you try out for yourself!

There are no artificial colors, no artificial additives, or impurities and it is not tested on animals (and no ingredients are derived from animals, Cruelty Free!

Thyroid Booster by VieAid Health

I don't have a diagnosed Thyroid problem but I definitely struggle with loosing weight.  I eat really well, take supplements and exercise and it seems like no matter what I do I have to really work really hard just to loose a few pounds.  I never really thought about my Thyroid being the cause so I am going to be getting that checked out.  

However, in the meantime I have been taking this Thyroid Booster by VieAid Health and while I haven't really noticed any extra weight loss related directly to this I have noticed how much more energy I have.  I am not sure if that due to the L-Tyrosine, Cayenne or Vitamin B-12 that are key ingredients in this Thyroid Booster but whatever it is, it's working!  I have only been taking these a couple of weeks so I am going to continue to take it and see if really does help with my weight but so far I like that I at least have more energy.
