I've talked about my sleeping issues here on my blog before.  It's an on-going struggle for me but fortunately I have found a few natural supplements that have really helped.

I have been really trying to go the "all natural" route as much as possible and Deodorant has been high on my list.  I've tried a couple of different brands and most recently I have been using this one from Purelygreat.

I just recently started trying out this YouTrim by PuraLabs again.  I started taking it over a month ago but had to stop almost right after I started because I ended up getting really sick with Walking Pneumonia, Bronchitis and a Sinus Infection, so NOT fun!  Since I had to take anti-biotics, cough syrup and decongestants among other things I had to stop taking all my usual supplements.
