Since I started taking Probiotics on a regular basis I have noticed a real difference in my overall health, especially in my skin.  Balancing out the good bacteria in your gut is super important and essential for good overall health and immunity, inside and out.

This Advanced Probiotic by Nutrivee is a great quality Probiotic that I have been taking in conjunction with their Prebiotic.  I take Probiotics everyday but I take an extra dosage if I'm not feeling well, going to be eating a lot of sugar or if I plan on drinking.  Since the bad bacteria feed off sugar I like to make sure I have plenty of the good guys!

Since I have a day job where I have to deal with money, checks and that sort of thing that means I am subjected to all the nasty cold and flu viruses that come along and I inevitably get sick every year, regardless of how many vitamins and supplements I take.  Unfortunately, that time came early this year and I was sick with the flu all last week.  I was so sick I forgot to keep taking my vitamins and supplements.  All I could do was feel sorry for myself, lay in bed and sleep.  I was miserable.  It was a time when I should of been taking extra everything but I just didn't have the energy to even think about it.  However, once my fever subsided and I felt like I could get out of bed I started taking this Advanced Probiotic by Nutrivee and their Prebiotic and even though I am in the cold stage of the cold/flu I am definitely recovering much faster than I would have if I didn't start taking my supplements.  The body needs all the help it can get when it's recovering from an illness!

If you've never tried a powder face wash your missing out.  I especially love powder face washes for traveling but I've been taking advantage of this Phytoenzyme Wash Powder by Serment and using it as part of my triple cleansing routine.  I know it's sounds like a bit much but it's worth it!

I like to start off by using a nice micellar water like Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water to take off all my makeup.  Next, I go in with a nice cleansing cream like the Facial Cleansing Cream by Swissvita to wash off all the remaining dirt, oil and grime.  Then I finish off with this Phytoenzyme Wash Powder by Serment!

This Wash Powder has a slight exfoliating effect for me which I love and which is why I like to use it as my last cleanser.  However, it works great at removing makeup, dirt, grime and oil all on it's own and without stripping face of it's natural oils.  It leaves skin fresh, clean, soft and smooth.  Plus, you get a big bottle of it at almost 2.5 ounces for only $16.99!  Fantastic cleanser at a fantastic value!  In addition, since a little goes a long way it will last a really long time.

This cleanser would work on any skin type from oily, blemish prone to dry!

I know I can always count on a product that comes from Bonapiel.  I've used quit a few of their products and I've yet to be disappointed.  Besides, this is a mask and I've yet to meet a mask I didn't like!

I've discover that my favorite way to use this Collagen Boost Mask by Bonapiel is right after I do a chemical peel or microdermabrasion.  This mask works wonders on over worked skin.  It helps soothe any minor skin irritations and it instantly replenishes dehydrated skin.  It plumps, heals, nourishes and moisturizes which is what makes it a great mask to use after a chemical peel or microdermabrasion.  It leaves skin feeling super soft and restored.  

It's also a great mask to use if your into multi-masking like me!

Here is another great product from Swissvita that I have been getting a lot of use out of the last few weeks and loving it!
