My favorite kind of skincare products are the all natural and organic kind and this Oxygen Facial Tonic by GÖTZ falls perfectly into that category!

This is basically a toner that works wonders on my oily skin.  I would recommend it for all skin types but I love what it does for my oily skin.  Formulated with a blend of potent natural and organic ingredients it helps tone, hydrate and most importantly, balance my oily skin without stripping it of it's natural oils.  Skin looks and feels clean, clear and balanced.  

This Oxygen Facial Tonic also helps prep my skin for the next steps in my skincare routine.  In fact, I love that it seems to help my moisturizer absorb more quickly as well.

Let's talk packaging for a second.  I love the packaging.  The glass bottle is simple elegant and looks good sitting on my bathroom counter.  Packaging always counts for something in my book!

The only thing I would change is the sprayer.  I prefer a finer mist that I can just spray onto my face. The sprayer allows too much product to come out all at once and it comes squirting out so I have to spray onto a cotton pad first and then use that to apply the product.  Other than that, it's perfection and a great new addition to my skincare routine!

Probiotics is one supplement that I take a very regular basis.  I always take it when I am sick or starting to feel sick, when I know I'm going to be drinking alcohol and when I plan on going a bit overboard on sweets and especially if I've taken any antibiotics (which isn't very often).
I always look for Probiotics that have good strains of the good bacteria and at the more CFU the better.  This Ultra-50 Probiotics by Island's Miracle has 18 strains and 50 Billion CFU so it definitely makes the cut.  I find that when I take a good quality Probiotic I just feel better overall.  My immunity is better, my energy levels are higher, I rarely have digestive issues and my skin looks healthier as well.
On the flip side, when I'm not taking a good Probiotic I don't feel as well, I have low energy and my skin usually starts to break out.  That's how I know the bacteria in my gut is out of balance.  You definitely want to have more of the good than the bad.  The bad bacteria love sugar so the more sugar you consume the more bad bacteria you will have so you definitely want to be taking Ultra-50 Probiotics by Island's Miracle to get the good bacteria in your gut and help balance everything out!
If you are a women and are prone to yeast infections then you should definitely be taking a Probiotic on a regular basis.  Also, make sure you are taking Probiotics after you do a cleanse or detox to restore the good bacteria!

I feel like this is one of those products that I should have waited and tested out after summer was over.  The thing is, I have Melasma.  Melasma is a fancy word for hyperpigmentation.  I get it on my face, neck and decollete and it's triggered by the sun.  I usually wear sunscreen everyday but sometimes I am not able to reapply and it's inevitable that some Melasma will develop.

My decollete is where I tend to have the worse case of Melasma so that is where this Micrite Whitening Serum by Swissvita has been put to the test.  First of all, this stuff works and it actually works fairly fast for a whitening serum, usually they take what seems like forever before you start to see a difference but I saw a difference in about 5 days.  However, since I sometimes forgot to apply sunscreen to protect my newly lightened skin and my Melasma would just come back.  So, it's been a bit of a vicious cycle.  It would lighten up, I would forget the sunscreen, my Melasma would come back...AAGGHHH!

In defeat I am putting this back in my product drawer until after summer so I can reap the full benefits and get rid of all my Melasma on my decollete...at least until next summer!

One of my all time favorite skincare items is a good mask.  I love a good clay mask when my skin is looking congested and dull skin.  The clay helps draw out the impurities as it dries and it can also exfoliate the skin as it's being washed off leaving skin clear and smooth.  However, when my skin is feeling dehydrated and looking aged I love a good sheet mask!  Sheet masks work wonders on dehydrated and overworked skin.

I recently tested out these Avocado & Vitamin E Nourishing Sheet Masks by Spa Life and I was pretty impressed with my results.  I have been putting my skin through a lot lately with chemical peels so it was in desperate need of some hydration and repair and these sheet masks did the trick!

These sheet masks are fairly typical in size and the material used and they are fully loaded with product to ensure intense hydration.

I actually prefer to heat my sheet masks up in the microwave for about 10 seconds before application.  I think the heat helps my pores open up and soak up more of the product.  I recommend leaving them on for at least 20 minutes or until sheet masks starts to feel dry and then massage in any remaining product.

The Avocado and Vitamin E in these sheet masks really help hydrate and nourish skin helping it feel moisturized, soft and supple!  I would really recommend these if you have been doing any type of peel or heavy exfoliation to help replenish and repair your skin!

I've never been a fan of taking fiber especially the kind that you have to mix into a beverage which makes it thick and disgusting and almost impossible to drink so I was a bit skeptical about this Fiber Powder by OmniGreen Labs.  Frankly, I was wondering if I would even be able to choke it down.

Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised!  It mixed really easily, dissolved completely and had no taste!  It has 4 grams of pure fiber per serving so that means you are getting 16% of your daily fiber without trying to choke down a gross glob of goo!

My favorite way to drink this Fiber Powder by OmniGreen Labs is to mix it in with my morning smoothie or a small glass of Fairlife Reduced Fat, Lactose Free Chocolate Milk!
