I adore face masks and I actually try to do several a week and depending on what's going on with my skin will dictate what type of mask I use.  I love a good clay mask when my skin is acting up and breaking out and I find that sheet masks tend to help calm the skin.  Then there are masks like this Premium Gold Collagen Beauty Face Mask by iBeautyLabs that are more of a silicone type texture and feel that can really help nourish and hydrate the skin.

However, this Premium Gold Collagen Beauty Face Mask by iBeautyLabs does more than just nourish and hydrate it also helps smooth skin texture and helps skin look and feel rejuvenated!  Since this mask is a little bit thicker and heavier than a normal mask it's definitely a mask that you will want to carve out at least 20-25 minutes where you can just sit back and relax.  I recommend using it right before bed or before a special occasion.  It really does leave skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated and it helps smooth out skin texture and reduce inflammation.  It's almost like having a new face in just 20 minutes!

I have been dying to try anything and everything by the up an coming brand Make Beauty so I was beyond excited when they sent me these adorable samples of their Silk Cream Lipstick in Taffy and their Matte Finish Eyeshadow in Alabaster!

I love everything about this brand.  From the cool packaging to the fact that their products are paraben free and never tested on animals.  They also donate 10% of sales to the We See Beauty Foundation that supports women-led, worker-owned cooperative businesses across the Americas.  Plus, the products themselves seem to be exceptional as well!

The Silk Cream Lipstick in Taffy is the perfect "your lip color but better" pinky-nude.  It's creamy, highly pigmented and looks and feels amazing.  A totally wearable formula and color that I think would look good on anyone and every skin color.  It's very moisturizing thanks to the Rosehip, Soybean and Safflower oils along with Aloe and Chamomile extracts for even more conditioning.  Easily a new favorite lipstick that has inspired me to buy the full size when I finish my mini!

The Matte Finish Eyeshadow in Alabaster is also a lovely product.  It's the perfect "all-over-the-lid" color that is a velvety matte powder that is not only very creamy but also very pigmented.  It's also a blendable, crease-resistant and oil-free formula which will stay looking freshly applied for hours!

This is another win for me and one that I will have to purchase the full size of as well!

Here is another great serum by Serum Ceuticals that I've been testing out.  This brand has quickly become a favorite and for a good reason.  I've been really impressed with everything that I've tested out so far and this EGF Serum-Epidermal Growth Factor Serum is another one I can add to the growing list.
This EGF-Epidermal Growth Factor Serum helps with a variety of skin issues by rejuvenating skin cell and stimulating cell proliferation.  It provides accelerated healing of skin, which makes it a perfect serum to use after a peel or intense exfoliation.  It also helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, helps lighten hyperpigmentation and can even help firm sagging skin.  All that and it also helps nourish and hydrate deprived skin.
Since this is a more intense serum I have only been using this in my evening skincare routine for intense hydration and to help reduce any fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes, neck and decollete and then also in conjunction with my weekly chemical peels.  It really helps to heal my skin after a peel and it leaves my skin looking and feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and nourished.

As you already know Vitamin C is one of my favorite skincare products and Hyaluronic Acid is also right up there as one of my favorites.  This Vitaderm CH+ Serum by NonaTech contains both so I already knew I was going to love it.

I've been testing this one out for a few weeks now and as expected it has met all my expectations for a Vitamin C Serum!  It's a lightweight serum that absorbs really quickly in the skin which makes it perfect to wear under makeup.  For best results I like to use my Vitamin C Serum in both the morning and evening and I like to apply it to my face, neck and decollete.  The potent Vitamin C in this serum helps to lighten and brighten my skin and the Hyaluronic Acid is a great hydrator.  I have very oily skin so I can actually get away with just using this serum and not have to use any additional moisturizer if I don't want to.  However, if you have skin that tends to be on the drier side you will probably still want to add some additional moisture.

I also like this Vitaderm CH+ Serum by NonaTech because it's made in the USA in a FDA-inspected facility and is also Paraben and Cruelty Free.  If you are looking for a reasonably priced Vitamin C Serum I would recommend checking this one out!

I have a few portable little speakers that I've been pretty happy with but this one is now by far, my favorite.  First of all, it's the perfect size.  At 6 x 2 x 1.6 inches it's not too small and not too big and great for traveling.  However, most important is that is sounds pretty amazing for such a little speaker. It also has exceptional sounds quality.  If you didn't see the speaker and just heard it you would think it was coming out of a much larger speaker.  I also really like the style of this speaker, plus it's wireless and Bluetooth compatible!  Overall, I am impressed with this MagicBox II Bluetooth 4.0 Portable Wireless Speaker by DKnight!

I really recommend picking up this speaker for yourself  or it would also make a great gift idea for the music lover in your life!

If Retinol hasn't made it's way into your skincare routine yet I highly suggest that you add it in as soon as possible.  This Retinol Moisturizer by Majestic Pure Cosmeceuticals would make a great choice if your new to the whole Retinol thing.  With only 2.5% Retinol it's a great starting point and would be perfect to use if you are sensitive to Retinol and it's also made with 71% Organic ingredients!

Why should you be using Retinol?  Retinol is a great way to really combat signs of aging.  It can help slough away dead skin cells which means saying goodbye to hyperpigmentation and age spots and it can also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and it just helps improve the overall texture and appearance of skin.

Since Retinol helps reveal newer, younger skin it's really important to use sunscreen while using any Retinol product.  I also usually only use products containing Retinol as part of my evening skincare routine to help reduce sun sensitivity.  After all, you don't to sun damage your new, younger looking skin!

Here is another serum by Serum Seuticals that I've been testing out for the past few weeks.  This one is one that I've been using after I do my weekly chemicals peels and I've really noticed that my skin seems to heal a little faster and it's not quite as sensitive as it usually is thanks to this Max Ceramide Facial Skin Serum.

I wouldn't be able to use this as an everyday serum because it would be a little to intense for my already oily skin.  However, it would be perfect to use a daily serum if you have dry skin or even issues with Rosacea or Eczema.  That being said, I have been using it at night around my eyes and it really helps soothe my eye area and leaves it feeling hydrated.  It's almost like an overnight mask for the eye are so I definitely recommend trying that out!

The Ceramide component of this serum is what is naturally found in the skin’s vulnerable outer layer and helps it retain moisture.  When skin is irritated, dry or sensitive it usually means that it's lacking in Ceramides.  That's why this serum is so effective at healing and nourishing skin that has been compromised.  It's perfect post-peel serum!
