I love, love a good deep tissue massage and if they weren't so darn expensive or if I was independently wealthy I would probably have one weekly. They hurt so good!
The next best thing to a deep tissue massage is using a hard Massage Ball to release my trigger points. I have a few different types but this Massage Roller by DanceCrazy is the only one I have that has a multi-directional rolling ball. I love the multi-directional rolling ball aspect. It really helps to be able to just glide the ball back and forth against knots and trigger points versus me having to manually move the ball.
