A Massage Stick is something I can't live without.  I have a lot of back and neck issues and being able to use a Massage Stick like this Premium Muscle Roller Stick 18" by Asana Fitness is key to keeping my stiffness and pain at bay.
This Massage Stick is made with a Stainless Steel core which allows you to apply as much pressure as needed.  When I get a massage I always get a Deep Tissue Massage so being able to press as hard as I can to work out my knots is essential for me.  After I use this Massage Stick I always feel so much better.  The tension subsides and my hands don't feel numb and my circulation improves as well.
You can also use this Premium Muscle Roller Stick 18" by Asana Fitness after work outs and in much the same way that you would use a foam roller, which is another necessity of mine.

Oh how I love a good Eye Cream!  For me to like an Eye Cream it has to hydrate, de-puff, smooth out fine lines and wrinkles and if it helps with my dark circles that's s bonus since mine are more hereditary dark circles and not much can be done about them.

I've been testing out this Organic Eye Cream by Spirit Naturals for about a week now and so far I'm impressed!  It meets all of my "Eye Cream" requirements plus it's all natural and that's even better.  It's actually labeled as an Eye Serum but it definitely has more of a cream consistency than a serum.

I have been using this in the morning and evening and I really like how well it keeps my under eyes hydrated.  For some reason my under eye area is fairly dry, the rest of my face is all oil but my eyes...dry!

It contains hydrating ingredients like Evening Primrose, Rosehip Oil, Coconut Oil, Borage Seed Oil, Jojoba Oil and Shea Butter so skin looks and feels nice and hydrated.  I'm 42 but thankfully I don't have a ton of fine lines and wrinkles in my eye area but I like that this helps plump and smooth out the ones I do have which makes them less noticeable.  #KillTheCrow

Overall, I'm really liking this Eye Cream and will continue to use it in my morning and evening skincare routines.  Plus, it's affordable at only $19.99 and I've spent a lot more than that on other creams!  I like it enough that I would repurchase, however, I am always on a quest for the "best eye cream ever" so who knows?!

I have a great affinity for Vitamin C.  I am not sure what I ever did without it.  I can tell you since I started using Vitamin C Serums my skin has better tone and texture.

I've been testing out a few other products on my face so I have just been using this on my neck and decollete for the past few weeks.  Even though it's only been a few weeks I've noticed how much the overall texture of my skin in my decollete area has improved.

I am big believer in Probiotics.  I take them everyday and when I feel like I've been eating or drinking things that maybe I shouldn't have I take extra.  In the case of Probiotics too much of a good thing is actually a good thing!

If you follow my blog then you know how much I love Hyaluronic Acid.  Next too Vitamin C and Retinol it's a top favorite anti-aging skincare of mine because of the intense hydration it's capable of delivering.
Lucky for me this Beauty & Youth Serum by Bonapiel also contains my beloved Vitamin C so not only is it super hydrating and helps smooth out fine lines and wrinkles but it also helps improve skin tone and texture.
I like to use this serum after I cleanse and I apply it to my neck and decollete.  The serum itself is lightweight and absorbs quickly so it leaves skin feeling soft and smooth not tacky or greasy.  This serum works especially well on the decollete area.  I have noticed that my sunspots are faded a little and the overall texture of my skin looks more smooth and plump.

As someone who has a lot of back and neck issues pain is part of my everyday life.  Instead of taking medications like Ibuprofen or other pain relief pills I always try to go the natural route first.  Sometimes that means using Essential Oils, getting a Massage, using a Massage Stick or using other similar items.  I've tried just about every over the counter cream out there but sometimes the smell is annoying but I usually don't use a cream because it just wears off really fast.

However, I was sent this Natural Pain Relief Cream by Marathon Pain Relief to review so I decided to put it to the test!  It's supposed to be a non-greasy formula with no smell and it's definitely not greasy at all so that's a bonus.  When I first starting using it I didn't notice a smell but for some reason it seems to have a smell now.  It's not a bad smell, it's the typical menthol type smell mixed with a botanical smell and it's just lightly scented and it actually smells good so I don't mind it at all.
The Natural Pain Relief Cream contains only the highest quality and freshly harvested ingredients grown in the USA.  Some of those ingredients are Emu Oil, Arnica, Willow Bark Extract, Aloe Vera, Calendula, Menthol and Witch Hazel.
The cream itself is light blue in color but I have not had any issues with it staining any of my clothing.  It also absorbs really quickly so it really doesn't have a chance to get on clothes anyway.  I like to apply the Natural Pain Relief Cream by Marathon Pain Relief to my neck and shoulders and it instantly feels soothing.  Sometimes I like to apply the cream in the evening and then use my heating pad as well.  The combination of the cream and my heating pad provides serious pain relief and it's also very relaxing.
Overall, this is a great product that I would highly recommend for those annoying aches and pains and especially if you have back and neck issues like I do.
