How cool are these little LED string lights? Well, I think they are super cool! In fact, I love them so much that I just ordered more!

These LED String Lights by Oak Leaf are great quality and give off a nice, warm glow. They are made with flexible, power & heat insulated copper wire with 30 lights and have a 26 year life span.  The lights are inexpensive and even come with the required CR2032 batteries.  You can also get them in different colors like Blue, Green, Purple, Warm White and White!

I purchased some really cute jars from my local craft store to put my lights in but the possibilities are only limited to your imagination.  They are they perfect addition to any party or if you just want to add a little glow somewhere.  I will also be using them this summer to put on my outdoor tables at night!  I can't wait to see what else I will be using them for!

If you follow my blog or any of my social media for GlamRiver then you already know I have a slight obsession with masks.  I am also not biased when it comes to a mask.  I like them all, sheet masks, clay masks, gel masks, you name it, I've tried it!  I love masks because to me a mask to me means instant results.  You also don't have to spend a fortune when it comes to a mask, there are some really good inexpensive masks out there.  However, sometimes spending a little extra is well worth the splurge.

Since my husband is in construction it's probably been about 10 years since he has worn his wedding ring.  He used but he works with his hand all day and it's just too uncomfortable.  Not to mention he broke then proceeded to loose his first wedding ring and when we got him a new one he just stopped wearing it all together for fear of the same thing happening to the new ring.  Thankfully, this Comfort Fit Silicone Wedding Band by Love Is Bold came along.  We ordered him a size 11 in the black and he loves it.  He can wear it all day without it even noticing its on.  

The Comfort Fit Wedding Band is made from Silicone so it's not only comfortable it's also very durable, not to mention washable.  When my husband sets tile and gets grout all of his ring he doesn't have to worry about it getting damaged, the grout rinses right off!

If your husband works with his hands all day then I would definitely recommend this ring for him, he will love you for it!  Or, maybe you work with your hands all day?  I have a girlfriend that is a hair stylist and she wears one of these rings too!

I didn't know CoQ10 has so many health benefits until I decided to do a little research before I started taking this CoQ10 Complete Antioxidant & Energy Support by OptimalXT supplement.

CoQ10 does a variety of great things for you but my personal favorites and the reason why this will now be a permanent supplement for me are that it gives you increased energy (totally need that!), helps speed recovery from exercise and it also helps to slow the aging process!

It also provides antioxidant support and helps prevent free radical damage which is essential these days.  It's also been used to lower blood pressure and improve heart health.  Overall, I think just about anyone could benefit from taking CoQ10.  However, if you have serious health issues I would consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
Unfortunately, I just recently discovered that have sensitivity issues with Magnesium Stearate which is listed as one of the ingredients listed on this particular supplement so I am not able to continue taking this it.  I am just glad I was made aware of all the great things that CoQ10 can do for you!  If you don't have Magnesium Stearate sensitivity issues this brand of supplement should work just fine for you!

 A home gym is just not complete without a nice quality Yoga Mat!  It also doesn't hurt if it's pretty!  Like this one that I just got this Lightweight Yoga Mat by Veda Yoga in this beautiful purple color! 

However, there is more to this Yoga Mat by Veda Yoga than a beautiful purple color.  It's the perfect size and thickness making it durable, soft and cushy and it even has a little texture to make it non-slip because there's nothing worse than sliding right off your Yoga Mat! 

 It's also easy to clean, to keep it simple I just use a 100% Natural & Organic Yoga Mat Cleaner by Asutra in the Lavender scent and a microfiber towel.  It's quick, easy and smells nice!  Speaking of smells, the other thing that like about this Yoga Mat is that it doesn't have that overwhelming plastic smell that most Yoga Mats have.  I don't know if that's one of the features but I love that about it!
