I didn't know CoQ10 has so many health benefits until I decided to do a little research before I started taking this CoQ10 Complete Antioxidant & Energy Support by OptimalXT supplement.

CoQ10 does a variety of great things for you but my personal favorites and the reason why this will now be a permanent supplement for me are that it gives you increased energy (totally need that!), helps speed recovery from exercise and it also helps to slow the aging process!

It also provides antioxidant support and helps prevent free radical damage which is essential these days.  It's also been used to lower blood pressure and improve heart health.  Overall, I think just about anyone could benefit from taking CoQ10.  However, if you have serious health issues I would consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
Unfortunately, I just recently discovered that have sensitivity issues with Magnesium Stearate which is listed as one of the ingredients listed on this particular supplement so I am not able to continue taking this it.  I am just glad I was made aware of all the great things that CoQ10 can do for you!  If you don't have Magnesium Stearate sensitivity issues this brand of supplement should work just fine for you!

 A home gym is just not complete without a nice quality Yoga Mat!  It also doesn't hurt if it's pretty!  Like this one that I just got this Lightweight Yoga Mat by Veda Yoga in this beautiful purple color! 

However, there is more to this Yoga Mat by Veda Yoga than a beautiful purple color.  It's the perfect size and thickness making it durable, soft and cushy and it even has a little texture to make it non-slip because there's nothing worse than sliding right off your Yoga Mat! 

 It's also easy to clean, to keep it simple I just use a 100% Natural & Organic Yoga Mat Cleaner by Asutra in the Lavender scent and a microfiber towel.  It's quick, easy and smells nice!  Speaking of smells, the other thing that like about this Yoga Mat is that it doesn't have that overwhelming plastic smell that most Yoga Mats have.  I don't know if that's one of the features but I love that about it!

Another awesome piece to add to my growing home gym!  This is a Suspension Strap System Pro Kit by Pinjian Fitness.  It's great quality, well designed and it comes with several different options for anchoring it and I highly recommend it.  Just make sure you anchor it correctly.  I leave all that kind of stuff to my handyman husband but it does come with am easy set-up guide as well.  

If you have never used a Suspension Strap System for a workout you are missing out.  You can workout your entire body using a Suspension Strap System, in fact you use muscles you didn't even know you had when you work out with a Suspension Strap System!

Some of my favorite supplements that I take when I am trying to loose a few pounds, curb my appetite, boost my metabolism or even to just help maintain my weight are Caralluma Fimbriata,  Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Ketones and Forskolin.
