I have a slight obsession with Tea.  I guess there are worse things to have, right?  That being said I am pretty picky about my Tea.  Nothing but the best for me!

This Good Mood Tea from Culinary Teas is super delish!  Like the name says, it really does seem to put you in a good mood.  Tea does all kinds of amazing things for your body and mind depending on what kind of blend you drink and of course it helps when that tea is comprised of quality ingredients.

I am not sure if it's the hint of dark chocolate from the organic cacao nibs that helps put you in a Good Mood but whatever it is, I love it!  It tastes great AND puts a smile on my face!

I have been so blessed that I have been able to test out so many great skincare products lately and I am happy to be sharing all of those products with my readers!!  

Here is a new product by Adeline...this is a Antioxidant Serum that contains two of my favorite anti-aging skincare ingredients, 20% Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid!  

I have been using this serum primarily around my eyes, on my neck, decollete and shoulders and so far I am really impressed.  It has a fairly typical consistency for a serum and it melts into skin immediately upon application leaving it feeling nourished and soft and silky to the touch.

Plus, the Hyaluronic Acid smooths away those annoying fine lines, wrinkles and crows feet and the Vitamin C helps even out skin tone giving skin a more youthful look overall.  #KillTheCrow!

I love that Adeline doesn't use fragrance or harsh chemicals in their products, which means they do not use parabens and they are also a Cruelty Free company!

Rock n Roller by Rocktape

I have been using Foam Rollers for a couple years now.  I'm actually not sure how I ever lived without one.  This Rock n Roller by Rocktape takes Foam Rolling to a whole new level because it's covered in these little bumps that help to massage your muscle as your roll it back and forth.  Most Foam Rollers are smooth and don't have this added feature.  Not only that but the end caps open for additional storage, it comes with a carrying strap and a Foam Rolling Movement Manifesto which contains helpful information to educate users about Foam Rolling.

This Rock n Roller helps palpitate muscle tissue instead of compressing it and it helps release tight fascia, helps relax muscles and it even improves blood flow.  For me Foam Rolling is one of those "hurts so good" kind of things.  It hurts but at the same time it's giving you relief so it also feels amazing all at the same time.

If you have not tried Foam Rolling I highly recommend it and I highly recommend this Rock n Roller by Rocktape!  This a very well constructed Foam Roller and is made from quality materials.

I only recently discovered the awesome benefits of taking a Creatine Monohydrate supplement thanks to Natura Formulas.  Creatine helps promote muscle growth, increases fat burning, enhances endurance, decreases fatigue and can even help decrease muscle soreness.  This Creatine by Natura Formulas is a great quality supplement that comes in a white powder form.  I really feel like it has really helped me through out my workout process and it will be something that I continue to take from now on.

It's pretty much tasteless so you can mix it with water but I like to add a scoop to my morning smoothie and then I will just add it to the water than I drink throughout the day.

The recommended dosage is as follows:

As a dietary supplement, begin use with the loading phase. Take one (1) scoop three times a day, morning, afternoon and evening, with meals. Take one (1) additional scoop before going to bed. Continue loading three times a day and before bed for five (5) consecutive days for enhanced results.

At 42 years old a big concern of mine is aging so I LOVE to test out anti-aging products.  I just recently started to really use cream specifically for my neck (oh how I wish I would have started years ago!  I mean. I have always used my general moisturizer on my neck and decollete but being that I have oily skin the moisturizers that I use are pretty lightweight.

I have loved testing out this MagiCream Neck & Face Wrinkle Cream by Asana!  It's a fairly thick cream, which is exactly what I look for in a neck cream.  Even though the cream is on the thicker side it still absorbs really well and leaves skin feeling soft and silky.  I have been applying this cream twice a day to my neck, decollete and my arms and have really noticed a difference in the texture and appearance of my skin!  Two thumbs up!!

Have you tried an Eyelash Growth product yet? I will admit I was skeptical about those types of products but now that I have tried a few and I super happy to report that they work!

Most recently, I have been testing out this Eyelash Growth Serum by Asana and I am really impressed with my results. Not only are my lashes longer but they are thicker as well. Plus. it seems like I have more eyelashes as well. I am not sure if that's possible but my lashes just look & feel so much more healthy and full.

The key to serums like this Eyelash Growth Serum by Asana is that you have to stick with it and be patient. Sometimes it can take several weeks before you really notice a difference. However, it is worth the wait! For best results I recommend using twice a day. My next test is going to be on my eyebrows.  I have naturally thin eyebrows and I would love to have thicker brows and this serum is supposed to work for brows too so I am hoping it works as well as it did on my lashes!
