If you follow my blog then you already know that I enjoy my cocktails!  However, I am actually not one to drink to excess at my age it's just not worth it anymore.  If I drink too much I usually end up paying for it for several days.  If I do drink it's most often on a weekend when I don't have to work or when I am socializing.  I have tried "hangover" type supplements before and some of have helped me feel better faster I've never really been all that impressed so I was naturally a bit skeptical about these  Zaca Recovery Chewables.

So, I decided to put them to the test over 4th of  July weekend when I knew I would probably have more than my fair share of cocktails to celebrate Independence Day.  Well, tried and tested...these things are AMAZING!  They totally work!  I won't tell you how much I had to drink but I should have been sick in bed and I didn't even have so much as a headache... for real!  I had 2 chewable tablets when I started drinking and then another two before I went to bed and woke up feeling pretty darn good!  Love these things and I will definitely re-purchase for my upcoming cruise...ya know...just in case!!

I have been testing out the entire line of skincare products by Anaiti and I am super impressed with all of them!
This Luminous C Serum by Anaiti is a more intense version of the Luminous Face Cream that I reviewed earlier.  This too has the potent ingredients like Vitamin C, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Matrixyl, and Renovage to not only help combat hyperpigmentation but sign of aging as well.  Since this was a serum I decided to primarily use this on my neck and decollete where most of my Melasma resides and I started to visible results after just one week of use.  My spots were definitely a lot light and less noticeable so I am really excited to see how much lighter they get with continued use.  Plus, get all the anti-aging benefits from this serum as well!  This is a great serum if you are dealing with any sort of pigment issues from freckles, acne scars or even Melasma like me!  I highly recommend!

I have been testing out the entire line of skincare products by Anaiti and I am super impressed with all of them!
This is the Luminous Face Cream By Anaiti and it's another multi-tasker!  Not only does it help with visible signs of aging and hydration but it also works as a dark spot or hyperpigmentation corrector.  Since I have serious issues with Melasma this product is right up my alley in terms of skincare products that target specific issues.  With ingredients like Vitamin C, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Matrixyl and Renovage they work together to visibly brighten up uneven skin tones.  Plus, you get the additional benefits of diminished fine lines, wrinkles and serious hydration to help your skin achive that "glow from within look" and look more youthful overall!
I used the Luminous Face Cream By Anaiti on my Melasma spots consistently for about 3 weeks and definitely noticed that the spots were a lot lighter in appearance and far less noticeable.  I am hoping for even better results with continued use!

I have been testing out the entire line of skincare products by Anaiti and I am super impressed with all of them!

This is the Advanced Age-Defying Face Cream By Anaiti and I have really enjoyed testing it out.  This cream is formulated with Hyaluronic Acid, Matrixyl and another superior anti-aging ingredient that I have never heard of...Renovage and together these ingredients combat all kinds issues like aging, hyperpigmentation, pore size and sagging skin.  The cream seemed fairly thick to me and even though it's oil-free I was a bit hesitant to use it on my oily skin so I primarily used it around my eyes, neck decollete and shoulders and it almost instantly made the overall appearance of my skin look and feel more healthy.  Is that even possible?  I don't know but I was impressed!  This is really a great product.

With continued use it targets all the visible signs of aging like fine lines, wrinkles, crows feet, sagging skin and uneven skin tone among others.  All the Anaiti products are cruelty-free, non-toxic and paraben-free and they use only naturally-derived ingredients!

If you follow my blog then you already know that I have some serious sleep issues.  Rather than rely on prescription medication, which I only use when I really need a good nights' sleep, I try to use a more natural approach.  I actually have pretty good luck with natural supplements so I am always up for trying out a new brand.

The latest supplement I have been testing out is this Restful Sleep by Healthy Directions.  It supposed to help you relax, calm a restless mind and prolong your sleep cycle.  It's an all natural supplement based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine belief that sleep issues start with the spleen.  In Chinese Medicine it’s believed that when you’re having trouble sleeping, it’s your spleen’s chi that is off balance and the spleen is a very important organ that every other organ in your body relies on.  Your spleen helps with metabolism, digestion and circulation and all of those things can effect how you sleep.

I have been taking the recommend dosage of 2 capsules, nightly, 30 minutes before bedtime and I definitely noticed that it makes me feel way more relaxed and my mind didn't seem to be as busy as it normally is, which is a huge reason why I have so much trouble falling asleep, so that it awesome!  It also definitely helped me fall asleep faster but it took about 2 weeks before I felt like it helped me stay asleep.  I am not sure if that's because it took that long to balance my spleen's chi but I am really glad I stuck with it!  The best part is that I wake up feeling rested, not groggy the way some supplements and medications can make you feel.
