The notches in the shoulders also help to prevent clothes from slipping off the hanger and provide extra stability for your clothes.  They also have little hooks that you can hang belts and other accessories from.  Between these BriaUSA Cascade Hangers & the BriaUSA Dry Wet Amphibious Hangers I am working on revamping my closet and replacing all my old plastic over sized hangers for better organization and to make room for some new summer clothes!
