I am always on the hunt for hair products that promise to make make hair longer, softer and healthier! Biotin has long been known for helping to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth.  It wasn't until recently that I started seeing hair products with Biotin actually in the product.  I always thought of Biotin in the supplement form.

I have been trying out this Intense Volumizing Biotin Conditioner by Regenepure that helps to unclog hair follicles while at the same time providing those same hair follicles with nutrients that are vital for hair growth.  Plus, it contains quality conditioning ingredients that leaves hair soft, silky, manageable and with lots of volume.  Those same ingredients also help strengthen damaged hair and help protect against future breakage.

I have been using this conditioner for about 2 weeks now and I have been loving the way my hair looks and feels.  It really does feel thicker and stronger.  I haven't really noticed any hair growth as of yet but from what I have seen so far I'm encouraged and I have read a lot of other reviews that are encouraging as well!

I will be honest I have never baked with Almond Flour before.  Mostly because my husband is allergic to all nuts so I have to be really careful about what the product comes in contact with.  However, I have been wanting to make a more "healthy" version of a chocolate chip cookie and I found this great recipe for Raw Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough on one of my favorite food blogs, Texanerin.com so I decided to make them!  I am so glad I did! They are delicious!  I'm sure this Almond Flour by MorningPep had something to do with it.  The quality of flour is excellent, it's made from 100% whole blanched almonds, it's light and fluffy and you can tell it is very fresh.  The MorningPep Blanched Almond Flour is low in carbohydrates and is a good source of protein, fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium and vitamin E.

This Almond flour is also a great option if you have Gluten allergies!

If you follow my blog then you know I suffer from Melasma which is a REALLY annoying skin condition that causes brown to gray-brown patches on the face.  Most people will get it on their cheeks, bridge of their nose, forehead, chin, and above their upper lip but it also can appear on other parts of the body that get lots of sun, such as the forearms and neck.  I tend to get in patches scattered across my face, neck and chest.  Needless to say I am always on the hunt for anything to help lighten those unsightly patches!
