For me, Organic Essential Oil is the only way to go!  I have been loving this Organic Lavender Oil  from Aromata.  This Organic Lavender Oil comes from Bulgaria, where climate and untainted fields are ideal for growing and harvesting Lavender (who knew!!).  I have found that the smell of Lavender Oil can change depending on where it's from, if it's pure or not and if it's Organic or not.  This 100% Pure Organic Lavender Oil smells amazing and it's what I have been using in my latest Rollerball Perfume & Salt Scrub creations.  I just did a post on the Fractionated Coconut Oil that I used to make my the perfumes and scrubs with this Lavender Oil so make sure you check that out too!

I have been keeping this Lavender Oil by my bedside and applying a drop directly onto my wrists and massaging it in and also on my pillows to help me relax and fall asleep more quickly.  It also works wonders in my laundry!  I put a few drops into the rinse cycle when I am doing laundry and it leaves a light, fresh Lavender scent!  The possibilities are endless!!

My favorite thing to make is RollerBall Perfumes using the Fractionated Coconut Oil and Essential Oils.  It's fun tapping into my creative side and coming up with my own original scents using different Essential Oils.  I also really like making my own salt scrubs which can easily be made using the Fractionated Coconut Oil, Epsom Salt and Essential Oils.

Amara Organics has become one of my favorite skincare brands so I was beyond excited when they sent me their Retinol Serum to try out!  

Since I am now in my 40's I think Retinol is a VIP (Very Important Product) in my skincare routine.  For me using Retinol means fewer lines & wrinkles, reduced breakouts, smoother skin texture and less hyperpigmentation and a healthy glow.  I apply this Retinol Serum to my entire face, around my eyes, down my neck and on my decollete.

I have used Biotin to keep my hair, skin and nails healthy and in good condition off and on for years.  I definitely notice a dramatic difference, especially in my nails when I am taking it and when I am not.

If you read my blog on a regular basis then you already know my love of Argan Oil!  Argan Oil is great for skincare, hair care, nail care...EVERYTHING!  I love discovering new brands of Argan Oil that are of the quality I demand in my Argan Oil but at a fraction of the cost that I would normally pay.

Plus, let's talk about packaging for a minute.  I am not sure why but all other Argan Oil that I have used has been packaged in dark glass bottles.  I've done a little research and Argan Oil can't really "go bad" from sun exposure, which is why some products are packaged in dark glass bottles so I am not sure why all the glass bottles.  While I like the glass bottles and they look nice sitting on the bathroom counter I have to say I was really excited that this Argan Oil arrived in a plastic bottle!  I would always hesitate to pack my glass bottled Argan Oil for trips and now I can pack this one instead and not worry about a glass bottle breaking!
