I am big believer in Probiotics.  I take them everyday and when I feel like I've been eating or drinking things that maybe I shouldn't have I take extra.  In the case of Probiotics too much of a good thing is actually a good thing!
We all need good bacteria in our gut to remain healthy.  When the bad bacteria out weighs the good it can definitely effect our overall health.  You can get everything from and upset stomach and chronic fatigue to having skin issues like breakouts and rashes and can even cause you to gain weight.
Taking a quality, all natural Probiotic like this Probiotic 40 Billion by Scintillant Nutrients is essential to help keep my overall health in check.  The strains contained in a Probiotic are equally important.  With this Probiotic 40 Billion by Scintillant Nutrients you get four different strains which are the most common and have the greatest impact and are perfect for everyday use.  However, when I am feeling especially bad I will take Probiotics with at least ten strains.

I didn't know CoQ10 has so many health benefits until I decided to do a little research before I started taking this CoQ10 Complete Antioxidant & Energy Support by OptimalXT supplement.

CoQ10 does a variety of great things for you but my personal favorites and the reason why this will now be a permanent supplement for me are that it gives you increased energy (totally need that!), helps speed recovery from exercise and it also helps to slow the aging process!

It also provides antioxidant support and helps prevent free radical damage which is essential these days.  It's also been used to lower blood pressure and improve heart health.  Overall, I think just about anyone could benefit from taking CoQ10.  However, if you have serious health issues I would consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
Unfortunately, I just recently discovered that have sensitivity issues with Magnesium Stearate which is listed as one of the ingredients listed on this particular supplement so I am not able to continue taking this it.  I am just glad I was made aware of all the great things that CoQ10 can do for you!  If you don't have Magnesium Stearate sensitivity issues this brand of supplement should work just fine for you!

Some of my favorite supplements that I take when I am trying to loose a few pounds, curb my appetite, boost my metabolism or even to just help maintain my weight are Caralluma Fimbriata,  Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Ketones and Forskolin.

I have talked about all of them here on my blog before and about why I find them so beneficial and why they work for me.  My biggest problem is my appetite and my cravings and when I am trying to watch what I eat.  I have a HUGE sweet tooth and I am one of those that if it's in the house I will eat it.  So, I try really hard to not even bring sweets into the house but on occasion they somehow make their way through.  That's where taking these supplements comes into play for me.  They really help cut my cravings and curb my appetite all while boosting my metabolism.

Melter by Fitness Answered Training Products is a supplement that contains all my favorites!  Caralluma Fimbriata,  Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Ketones, Forskolin and even a few others!  While this particular supplement did not melt off my fat it did do what I wanted it to do which is curb my appetite and boost my metabolism.  Unfortunately, I have a sensitivity to Magnesium Stearate which is listed as one of the ingredients so I was not able to continue using. :( Usually I double check the ingredients before I start taking any supplement but somehow I missed this one which is too bad since it was working for me.!  So, if you have any sensitivity to Magnesium Stearate this one might not be for you either.

Here's the latest cleanse I have been testing out!  You know how I love a good cleanse!
