I was lucky enough to get an entire basket full of Aveda goodies a few months back and I've been busy testing out all of them...and loving every minute of it!    

I decided to break up the products into groups and do my reviews based on the those groupings and decided to start with the hair care products first.  I've been dying to do my reviews of all these amazing Aveda products but summer got the best of me and I have fallen drastically behind.  So, without further ado...

First up and probably my favorite of the bunch is the Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair.  This is the first product I reach for when I get out of shower.  I love putting this in my freshly washed hair.  It detangles and softens my hair while also making it smell amazing.  This is a leave-in hair repair treatment that instantly goes to work to repair damaged, dry hair.  It also helps to protect hair from further damage from heat styling.  My hair has definitely become stronger and healthier because of this one Aveda product.  It feels better, it looks better and it has even grown longer since I've been using this.  I will never be without my Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair!

Another great Aveda product and one of their best sellers is the Shampure Dry Shampoo.  This quickly became one of my all time favorite dry shampoos.  Not only does it smell amazing but I love that it's a non-aerosol powder.  The fine powder easily absorbs excess oils and it gives hair great volume and texture.  Did I mention it smells amazing too?

The other product that has played a huge role in making my hair stronger and healthier is the Damage Ready Split End Repair.  This stuff instantly makes split ends disappear.  A special oil, Nangai Oil, helps to draw the separated ends back together.  The unique formula smooths and seals the ends and also helps prevent any future split ends from forming.  Hair looks and feels soft and smooth.  Beautiful.

I like to call this next product my Happy Ending (get your mind out of the gutter, lol).  The Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil is a miracle worker.  It instantly transforms dry, brittle and damaged hair to soft, glossy, nourished and manageable hair.  I like to apply a little of this after I've done all my styling but before I add any hairspray.  I work it through my ends and wherever I feel my hair needs a little extra love.  Then I apply my hairspray and finish off with a little more of this Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil to tame any flyaway's and to add just a little more shine.  Happy Ending!
