Lately, I have been hearing so many things about the benefits of Activated Charcoal which is why I was eager to get my hands on this Activated Charcoal by Natures True Medicine. I love a good detox and I am happy to be adding this to my detox arsenal!

You can also use it to whiten your teeth and even add to smoothies and can be used for dogs and cats as well, the possibilities are endless!
