I use Essential Oils every day, several times throughout the day!  In fact, I'm taking a class on Essential Oils just so I can be a bit more knowledgeable in the Essential Oil department.  Needless to say, I'm a bit obsessed and always on the hunt for the best of the best since not all Essential Oils are created equal.

I just recently discovered Essential Oils by Gya Labs and they very kindly sent me their Myrrh Essential Oil to try out!  Most people are familiar with Myrrh since it was one of the gifts that the Three Wise Men brought baby Jesus.  It's basically a gum resin that is obtained from certain trees and made into an essential oil and is used in medicines, perfumes and incense.

Myrrh is one of my favorite Essential Oils to have around during the cold and flu season.  I keep a bottle on my desk when I get to feeling a little under the weather.  I just take a few sniffs throughout the day and the unique scent really helps take the edge off cold and flu symptoms.  It also has antibacterial, antifungal benefits so I love mixing it with a carrier oil like Jojoba Oil and applying it to any affected area and it really helps expedite the healing process.  I will also apply a mixture of Myrrh Oil & Jojoba Oil to my chest and neck if I get a particularly bad cold to help ease symptoms on a deeper level.  

Myrrh Essential Oils has many uses and benefits and it's a great one to have in any Essential Oil collection!  This Myrrh Essential Oil by Gya Labs is excellent quality and I would highly recommend it!

Current Favorite Supplements - Including Keto by Design Created by God, LLC

I take a variety of supplements on a regular basis and I like to switch them out every few weeks or so.  Currently, one of my favorites is the Keto by Design supplement.  I have heard great things about the Keto diet and I tried myself diligently for several weeks but I was not able to get enough fat in my diet on a daily basis to meet the diet criteria.  However, I know a lot of people who have had great success.

So, while I'm not on the actual Keto diet right now I thought I would still give these Keto by Design Created by God, LLC supplements a try.  They claim to help burn fat, reduce appetite and improve performance and energy levels.  It's suppose to be great for those that who have a cheat day but want to stay in ketosis.  It's also Made in the USA, cruelty free, no carbs, all natural, no fillers, and non-GMO.

I've been using this supplement for the past few weeks.  Again, I'm not on the Keto diet so I can't speak to some of the claims.  However, it definitely helps curb my appetite and for me that's a WIN!

I plan on attempting the Keto diet again this winter and will absolutely be using this supplement!  I'm really interested in how it will help with some of the Keto symptoms.

So, I will be honest.  I approached testing out this new CelluliTx by Jan Marini the same as I have with all of the other cellulite creams that I've tried.  With lots of doubt.  For the most part I feel like I've actually had pretty good results with other creams that I've tried but it was only because I was able to achieve a smoother skin appearance which just made the cellulite less noticeable...but it was and still is really there.  I've always said there is no magic cream that is going to get rid of cellulite but after using this CelluliTx by Jan Marini for the last month my opinion has changed! :)

I wish I would have been brave enough to take a before picture of the back of my thighs but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.  Even though most of us have cellulite it's not something I want on display for the world to see.  I also wasn't expecting much in the way of results!  I really didn't start to see much of a difference for the first week but by the end of the second week I actually noticed a definite difference and it wasn't just smoother skin, the cellulite actually seemed to be disappearing.  I can't say for a fact that's what has happened but it really does seem like my skin "feels" different.  It's not just in the way it looks.

Once I noticed what a difference this CelluliTx by Jan Marini was making I had to know why this cream was different from all the other ones that I've tried.

As you can see the results above are incredible!  My results aren't quite that good...yet!  I plan on using this amazing, magic cellulite eraser cream for as long as I can possibly afford to!  At $130.00 for one tube it isn't cheap so I'm trying to make it last as long as possible but with results this good I will definitely be buying another one before next summer rolls around!
