One of the things I love about being a beauty blogger is all the great new skincare products and brands I get to discover! I can definitely add ARK Skincare and their Age Defend Replenishing Moisturizer & Hydration Injection Masque to my favorites list! The packaging is next level and so are the products.

Their Age Defend Replenishing Moisturizer is specifically formulated for skin in the 30's and 40's age range. I'm 43 so I'm well into the 40's category. Even though I'm 43 I would have to say that I would still consider my skin type to be oily. Having oily skin means I have to really pick and choose what kind of moisturizer I use on my face. Most moisturizers formulated for more "mature" skins tend to be a little too heavy for my skin. This Age Defend Replenishing Moisturizer is somewhere in the middle. I've found that it all depends on what else I am putting on my face. If I am using a primer and a mineral foundation it's the perfect moisturizer for me. However, if I am wearing a more nourishing liquid foundation on top of it my skin will start to get shiny around 11am. Although, I have also been using it as my night cream and I love the way my skin looks and feels in the morning. It has a nice glow and looks nice and smooth. Of course I also use it on my neck and decollete morning and night! Do not forget those necks and decolletes!!
Overall, this is a fantastic moisturizer that I am happy to have in my skincare arsenal. It really plumps, hydrates and nourishes my skin and gives it the "glow from within" look which I love. I have also noticed that since I have started using it that my fine lines are less noticeable so that makes this moisturizer a winner right there!
If your like me and have oily skin I would still highly recommend giving this a try. You just need to think about what else you will be wearing along with it and make the necessary adjustments. Or maybe try the Age Protect Skin Vitality Moisturizer that is formulated for younger skin. However, if you have combination, normal or dry or mature skin you will be in heaven!

I must admit that I have probably never met a mask I didn't like. I always feel like my skin looks and feels better when I use a mask and I try to do some version of a mask at least three times a week. I do everything from clay, gel, cream and of course I love a good sheet mask. My favorite thing to do is multi-masking. For those of you that have been living under a rock and never heard the tem multi-masking it's essentially using several different masks all at once. I usually like to use a clay based mask on the areas where my skin is looking and feeling a little congested and then use a hydrating cream or gel based mask on the areas that are looking dull and dehydrated.

It can even be left on overnight if your skin is looking and feeling really especially depleted.
