For me one of the best workout moves I can do is a squat. I also like to workout from home so I have a fairly extensive home gym that I keep adding things to and this Ultimate Squat has got to be one of my favorites! It's compact, lightweight, comfortable and easy to use but best of all it provides a really great workout!
Being able to do my squats in the comfort of my own home means everything to me! I was a little bit skeptical that this Ultimate Squat would really be able to provide me with the workout and intense squat moves that I am used to all in the comfort of my own home. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only does this Ultimate Squat provide a great squat workout but I've also been using it to do a variety of other lower body and core exercises.
It's the perfect inexpensive, "do it at home" workout!!
