Vita Sciences Maxasorb Vitamin B12 Cream

There is a whole new way to get much need additional vitamins thanks to Vita Sciences!  I have been using their Maxasorb Vitamin B12 Cream and I like that not only can I get my much needed Vitamin B12 but that I can also help soothe and moisturize my skin thanks to the natural ingredients.
Many of us suffer from a B12 deficiency and don't even know it.  Some of the most common signs of a deficiency are fatigue, muscle weakness, shortness of breath, dizziness, numbness, heart palpitations, bleeding gums and mouth sores, nausea, poor appetite (I can tell you I don't suffer from a poor appetite, lol!).  The recommended dose of B12 according to the National Institutes of Health is: people age 14 and older, 2.4 mcg;
for adult and adolescent pregnant females, 2.6 mcg
and for adult and adolescent lactating females, 2.8 mcg
People over 50 years of age should consume vitamin B12-fortified foods, or take a vitamin B12 supplement - 25-100 mcg.
The greaseless Vita Sciences Maxasorb Vitamin B12 Cream is also infused with not only moisturizers but antioxidants as well.  It quickly absorbs into your skin and can help soothe dry, itchy, or irritated skin patches from eczema or even psoriasis.  It can also be used for anti-aging since it supports renewal of healthy skin cells and reduces appearance of wrinkles!  Being a skincare addict you know I am all about that!
When Maxasorb B12 is used as directed it is a safe and reliable method of absorbing key B-Vitamins. Each 1.7 ounce bottle delivers 30 applications of lotion in protected and measured amounts.
Go to vitasciences.com to purchase or for more information on the Maxasorb Vitamin B12 Cream or any of their other products.  I'm also a big fan of their Maxasorb Melatonin Sleep Cream!  You can also find their products on Amazon.com...

 I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.  Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
